Abstract
본 발명은 탈모, 안드로젠 탈모증(AA)을 예방하고 모발 성장을 자극하기 위한 국소 적용을 위한, 두타스테라이드를 가지는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르는 탈모를 예방하고 모발 성장을 자극하기 위한 국소 적용을 위한 조성물은 피나스테라이드 및 두타스테라이드를 사용하는 종래 조성물(경구 투여 형태)보다 훨씬 더 적은 용량을 사용하면서 동등한 또는 월등한 탈모 예방 및 모발 성장 자극 효과를 제공한다.
Description
본 발명은 5α-환원효소 저해제, 특히 두타스테라이드(dutasteride)를 포함하는, 탈모, 안드로젠 탈모증을 방지하고 모발 성장을 자극하기 위한 국소 적용을 위한 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 국소 적용을 위한 이러한 조성물의 제조 방법 및 이것의 사용 방법을 포함한다.
지금까지 수행된 연구에 따르면, 탈모의 원인은 호르몬 불균형과 같은 내분비계 장애; 자가면역 신경계 장애, 혈액 순환 장애와 같은 순환계 장애에 의해 유발된 과도한 피지 형성; 모근의 영양 결핍, 알레르기, 박테리아 감염, 유전적 요인 심리적 스트레스, 대기 오염 또는 음식과 같은 환경적 요인, 및 노화 등을 포함하는 것으로 밝혀져 있다.
모발에 대한 모발 성장 자극제 또는 탈모 방지제로서 판매되는 제품은 성장 주기 유도 효과, 모발 성장 주기 연장 효과, 5α-환원효소 억제 효과, 혈액 순환 촉진 효과, 방부 효과, 비듬 방지 효과, 보습 효과, 항산화 효과 등을 포함하지만, 종래 제제의 탈모 방지 및 모발 성장 자극 효과는 충분하지 않다.
남성형 탈모증은 남성 호르몬에 좌우되며 따라서 남성 호르몬의 양에 직접적으로 관련된다. 5α-환원효소는 남성의 성 호르몬인 테스토스테론의 다이하이드로테스토스테론(dihydrotestosterone: DHT)으로의 전환의 원인이 되는 효소이다. DHT는 나이가 들면서 남성에서 "양성 전립선 비대증"으로 명명된, 전립선의 확대와 같은 과다안드로젠성 상태를 유발하는 안드로젠 화합물이다. 증가된 DHT 수준의 또 다른 결과는 보통 "남성형 대머리"로 명명되는 안드로젠 탈모증(androgenic alopecia: AA)을 들 수 있다. 남성형 탈모증의 원인은 5α-환원효소의 작용에 의한 과도한 DHT의 합성이고, 그러므로 5α-환원효소의 활성을 억제함으로써 남성형 탈모증을 기본적으로 효과적으로 방지하고 치료하는 것이 가능하다.
현재, 남성의 안드로젠 탈모증(AA)의 치료를 위해 2가지 치료가 미국 식품의약국에 의해 승인되어 있다: 국소용 미녹시딜(minoxidil) 및 경구용 피나스테라이드(finasteride). 미녹시딜(6-피페리딘-1-일피리미딘-2,4-다이아민 3-옥사이드의 화학명을 가짐)은 동맥 혈관확장제이고, 피나스테라이드는 유형 II 5α-환원효소 저해제이다.

피나스테라이드는 남성 호르몬 중 하나인 테스토스테론을, 탈모를 유발하는 DHT로 전환시키는 5α-환원효소 유형 II를 억제하는 약물이다. 남성형 탈모증에 사용되는 경구용 피나스테라이드 1㎎은 사용을 중단한 후에도 가능한 성적 부작용을 유발한다. 그러므로, USFDA는 의료 전문가 및 환자의 주의를 권고하였다. FDA의 이상 반응보고 시스템(AERS)에 보고된 시판 후 사례 및 시판 제품의 안전성 데이터베이스의 검토 결과로서, 일부 성기능-관련 이상 반응(예컨대 성욕 감퇴, 사정 장애, 오르가즘 장애 등)이 사용을 중단한 후에도 지속된 것으로 나타났다.
5α-환원효소 저해제 부류의 하나의 다른 화합물은 두타스테라이드이다. 두타스테라이드는 (5α,17β)-N-{2,5-비스(트라이플루오로메틸)페닐}-3-옥소-4-아자안트로스트-1-엔-17-카복사마이드의 화학명을 가진다. 구조식은 하기와 같이 표시된다.
두타스테라이드는 테스토스테론을 5α-다이하이드로테스토스테론(DHT)으로 전환시키는 세포내 효소인 스테로이드 5α-환원효소(5AR)의 유형 I 및 유형 II 동형(isoform) 둘 다의 선택적 저해제이고, 남성의 증상적인 양성 전립선 비대증(BPH)의 치료를 위해 표시되는 합성 4-아자스테로이드 화합물이다. 활성 성분으로서 두타스테라이드를 함유하는 의약품은 GlaxoSmithKline사로부터 USFDA에 의해 승인된, 경구 투여용 연질 젤라틴 캡슐 형태이고 0.5㎎의 활성 성분을 함유한 AVODART®로서 상업적으로 이용할 수 있다. 경구용 두타스테라이드는 매일 1회 0.5㎎의 투여량으로 남성형 대머리(안드로젠 탈모증)의 치료를 위해 대한민국 식품 의약품 안전처에 의해 승인받았다.

5α-환원효소 저해제는 테스토스테론의, 강력한 안드로겐인 다이하이드로테스토스테론(DHT)의 전환을 차단한다. 5α-환원효소 저해제의 전신적 투여는 혈액 중의 DHT의 수준을 억제함으로써, 성적 부작용의 기회가 있다. 현재 안드로젠 탈모증에 대해 승인된 경구용 피나스테라이드 및 두타스테라이드는 장기간 사용시 성적 부작용을 유발한다.
미국 특허 공개 번호 20100048598호는 두타스테라이드 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 염, 에스터, 유도체, 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체, 및 선택적으로 하나 이상의 다른 약제학적으로 허용되는 부형제를 포함하는 국소 적용을 위한 약제학적 조성물을 개시한다. 추가로 US '598 공보는 0.5 중량%의 두타스테라이드를 포함하는 국소 적용을 위한 약제학적 조성물을 개시한다.
본 발명은 선행 기술의 상기 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 이루어졌고, 본 발명의 목적은 탈모를 예방하고 모발 성장을 자극하기 위한 국소 적용을 위한 두타스테라이드의 조성물을 제공하는 것이며, 조성물은 다음의 장점을 가진다:
1. 조성물은 사용된 두타스테라이드의 양이 종래 치료제(경구용 두타스테라이드 및 피나스테라이드)의 양의 절반 미만, 보다 바람직하게는 2/5 미만일지라도 종래 치료제(경구용 두타스테라이드 및 피나스테라이드)의 효과와 동등하거나 그것보다 더 높은 탈모 예방 및 모발 성장 자극 효과를 제공한다.
2. 종래 치료제(경구용 두타스테라이드 및 피나스테라이드)의 전신적인 부작용이 거의 없다.

본 발명의 목적은 두타스테라이드 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 염을 함유하는, 탈모를 예방하고 모발 성장을 자극하기 위한 국소 적용을 위한 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 두타스테라이드를 포함하는, 탈모를 예방하고 모발 성장을 자극하기 위한 국소 적용을 위한 조성물을 제공하는 것이며, 탈모를 예방하고 모발 성장을 자극하는 효과는 두타스테라이드의 양이 종래의 경구 치료제(경구용 피나스테라이드 및 경구용 두타스테라이드)의 양보다 훨씬 적을지라도(절반 미만, 보다 바람직하게는 2/5 미만) 종래의 경구 치료제의 효과와 동등하거나 더 높다.
본 발명의 추가의 목적은 두타스테라이드를 포함하는, 탈모를 예방하고 모발 성장을 자극하기 위한 국소 적용을 위한 조성물을 제공하는 것이며, 국소 조성물은 소량의 두타스테라이드를 사용하고, 그러므로 성욕감퇴, 발기부전, 사정 장애 등과 같은 부작용이 거의 없다. 추가로, 조성물은 종래의 경구용 5α-환원효소 저해제(경구용 피나스테라이드 및 두타스테라이드)의 사용보다 더 빠른 효과의 개시로 인해 치료를 시작할 때부터 탈모를 효과적으로 예방할 수 있고 환자의 치료 순응도를 개선하는 효과를 제공할 수 있다. 나아가, 조성물은 탈모 환자의 약 70%에 대해서만 효과적인 종래 처방과 달리, 탈모 환자에게 거의 100% 효과를 제공한다.

투여된, 탈모를 예방하고 모발 성장을 자극하기 위한 국소 적용에 함유된 두타스테라이드의 일일 용량은 약 0.1㎎ 내지 약 0.5㎎, 바람직하게는 약 0.25㎎, 가장 바람직하게는 약 0.2㎎이고; 바람직하게는 현재 상업적으로 이용가능한 5α-환원효소 저해제인 경구용 두타스테라이드의 양(0.5㎎)의 약 절반 미만이며 가장 바람직하게는 2/5 미만이다(상업적으로 이용가능한 경구용 두타스테라이드의 일일 용량은 0.5㎎이고 경구용 피나스테라이드의 일일 용량은 1㎎이다).
본 발명은 탈모를 예방하고 모발 성장을 자극하기 위한 국소 적용을 위한 조성물을 제공하며, 조성물은 두타스테라이드 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 염, 중간 사슬 트라이글리세라이드, 캐스터유 및 에탄올을 포함하고, 국소 적용에 함유된 두타스테라이드는 약 0.1 내지 약 0.5㎎의 일일 용량으로 투여된다.
다른 실시형태에서 본 발명은 탈모를 예방하고 모발 성장을 자극하기 위한 국소 적용을 위한 조성물을 추가로 제공하며, 조성물은 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 0.01 중량% 내지 약 0.06 중량%의 두타스테라이드, 약 25 중량% 내지 약 35 중량%의 중간 사슬 트라이글리세라이드, 약 25 중량% 내지 약 35 중량%의 에탄올 및 약 35 중량% 내지 약 45 중량%의 캐스터유를 포함하고, 조성물에 함유된 두타스테라이드는 약 0.1 내지 약 0.5㎎의 일일 용량으로 제공되기 위한 양으로 존재한다.
추가의 실시형태에서 본 발명은 탈모를 예방하고 모발 성장을 자극하기 위한 국소 적용을 위한 조성물을 추가로 제공하며, 조성물은 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 0.022 중량%(0.02% w/v와 동등함)의 두타스테라이드, 약 30 중량%의 중간 사슬 트라이글리세라이드, 약 30 중량%의 에탄올 및 약 40 중량%의 캐스터유를 포함한다.
또 다른 실시형태에서 본 발명은 탈모를 예방하고 모발 성장을 자극하기 위한 국소 적용을 위한 조성물을 추가로 제공하며, 조성물은 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 0.022 중량%(0.02% w/v와 동등함)의 두타스테라이드, 약 30 중량%의 중간 사슬 트라이글리세라이드, 약 30 중량%의 에탄올 및 약 40 중량%의 캐스터유를 포함한다.
발명의 한 실시형태에서, 본 발명의 약제학적 조성물은 용액, 연고, 크림, 겔, 로션, 현탁액, 무스, 에어로졸, 스프레이, 폼, 마이크로스피어, 마이크로에멀션, 나노에멀션, 나노입자, 나노현탁액, 피부 스틱, 롤온, 펌프, 패치, 테이프 등의 형태로 있다.
실시형태에서, 본 발명의 약제학적 조성물은 40℃ 및 75% 상대 습도(RH)의 조건에서 적어도 6개월의 기간 동안 보관하는 중에 우수한 물리화학적 안정성을 나타낸다.
다른 실시형태에서, 본 발명은 안드로젠 탈모증의 예방, 개선 및/또는 치료를 위한, 본 명세서에 기술된 약제학적 조성물의 사용 방법을 제공한다.

만약 두타스테라이드의 일일 용량이 0.1㎎ 미만이면, 효과의 개시는 무의미하고, 반면, 만약 0.5㎎을 초과하면, 성욕감퇴, 사정 감소 등과 같은 부작용이 일어날 수 있다. 국소 투여를 위한 두타스테라이드의 일일 용량은 바람직하게는 0.4㎎, 보다 바람직하게는 0.25㎎이며 가장 바람직하게는 0.2㎎이다. 만약 두타스테라이드의 용량이 그 범위 밖에 있으면, 효과는 불충분하거나 부작용이 일어날 수 있다.

두타스테라이드는 성욕감퇴, 발기부전, 사정 장애 등과 같은 부작용을 가진다. 그러므로, 이들 부작용을 줄이는 것이 필요하다. 발명의 실시형태에서, 본 발명은 두타스테라이드, 적어도 하나의 침투 증강제, 및 유성 비히클을 포함하는, 국소 투여용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 두타스테라이드, 적어도 하나의 침투 증강제 및 유성 비히클을 포함하는 국소 조성물은 표적에 국소적으로 적용되고, 본 발명의 발명자들은 놀랍게도 두타스테라이드가 표적에 효과적으로 전달되어 탈모 환자에게 거의 100% 효과를 제공하고, 두타스테라이드의 양이 종래의 경구용 두타스테라이드(하루에 한 번 0.5㎎)의 2/5 미만이더라도 매우 신속하고 우수한 효과를 제공하는 것을 발견하였다.
두타스테라이드 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 염을, 국소 적용을 위한 조성물 1㎖에 대하여 약 0.1㎎ 내지 약 0.5㎎, 보다 바람직하게는 0.15㎎ 내지 0.4㎎, 가장 바람직하게는 0.2㎎의 양으로 포함하는, 탈모를 예방하고 모발 성장을 자극하기 위한 국소 적용을 위한 조성물이 제조될 수 있다. 상기 방식으로 제조된 국소 적용을 위한 조성물은 0.2㎎의 두타스테라이드를 함유하여 하루에 1회 또는 2회 1㎖의 양으로 적용되는 것이 바람직하고, 가장 바람직하게는 하루에 1회 1㎖의 양으로 적용된다.

유성 비히클의 실례로는 지방산의 글리세린 에스터, 예컨대 그것들의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 복합체를 포함한, 지방산의 모노- 또는 트라이-글리세라이드, 지방산 또는 식물성 오일의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 또는 프로필렌 글리콜 에스터; 수소화된 형태를 포함한 식물성 오일, 예컨대 참기름, 대두유, 캐스터유, 옥수수 기름, 팜유, 땅콩 기름, 카카오 기름, 면실유, 해바라기 씨 기름, 홍화유, 아몬드유 또는 올리브유; 지방산 및 지방 알코올, 및 이들의 에스터, 예컨대 올레산, 리놀렌산, 리놀레산, 팔미트산, 팔미톨레산, 아라키돈산, 미리스트산, 카프르산, 카프릴산, 라우르산, 스테아르산, 라우릴 알코올, 올레일 알코올, 세틸 알코올, 스테아릴 알코올, 에틸 올레에이트, 올레일 라우레이트, 아이소프로필 미리스테이트, 아이소프로필 팔미테이트, 2-옥틸도데실 미리스테이트 또는 세틸 팔미테이트; 및 이들의 혼합물을 들 수 있다. 본 조성물에 사용된 가장 바람직한 유성 비히클은 캐스터유이다. 바람직하게는 캐스터유는 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 35 중량% 내지 약 45 중량%의 범위, 가장 바람직하게는 약 40 중량%로 사용된다.
본 발명은 탈모를 예방하고 모발 성장을 자극하기 위한 국소 적용을 위한 조성물에 관한 것이며, 조성물은 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 0.01 중량% 내지 약 0.06 중량%의 두타스테라이드, 약 25 중량% 내지 약 35 중량%의 중간 사슬 트라이글리세라이드, 약 25 중량% 내지 약 35 중량%의 에탄올 및 약 35 중량% 내지 약 45 중량%의 캐스터유를 포함하고, 조성물에 함유된 두타스테라이드는 약 0.1 내지 약 0.5㎎의 일일 용량을 제공하는 양으로 있다.
본 발명은 탈모를 예방하고 모발 성장을 자극하기 위한 국소 적용을 위한 조성물에 관한 것이며, 조성물은 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 0.022 중량%(0.02% w/v와 동등함)의 두타스테라이드, 약 30 중량%의 중간 사슬 트라이글리세라이드, 약 30 중량%의 에탄올 및 약 40 중량%의 캐스터유를 포함한다.
본 발명은 추가로 탈모를 예방하고 모발 성장을 자극하기 위한 국소 적용을 위한 조성물에 관한 것이며, 조성물은 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 0.022 중량%(0.02% w/v와 동등함)의 두타스테라이드, 약 30 중량%의 중간 사슬 트라이글리세라이드, 약 30 중량%의 에탄올 및 약 40 중량%의 캐스터유를 포함한다.
본 발명에 유용한 산화 방지제로는, 한정되는 것은 아니지만, 토코페롤 석시네이트, 아스코르브산, 프로필 갈레이트, 비타민 E, 부틸화된 하이드록시톨루엔, 부틸화된 하이드록시아니솔, 및 이들의 임의의 혼합물을 들 수 있다.
본 발명에 유용한 완충제로는, 한정되는 것은 아니지만: 알칼리 금속염, 예컨대 칼륨 및 나트륨 카보네이트, 아세테이트, 보레이트, 포스페이트, 시트레이트 및 하이드록사이드; 약산, 예컨대 아세트산, 붕산 및 인산 등; 및 이들의 혼합물을 들 수 있다.
본 발명에 유용한 보존제로는, 한정되는 것은 아니지만, p-하이드록시벤조산(파라벤)의 메틸, 에틸, 프로필 및 부틸 에스터 등과, 이들의 임의의 혼합물을 들 수 있다.
본 발명에 유용한 점도 조절제로는, 한정되는 것은 아니지만, 세틸 알코올, 글리세롤, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜(PEG), PEG-스테아레이트, 크산탄 검 등과, 이들의 임의의 혼합물을 들 수 있다.
본 발명에 유용한 킬레이트화제 또는 착화제로는, 한정되는 것은 아니지만 에틸렌다이아민테트라아세트산(EDTA) 및 이의 유도체와, 이들의 혼합물을 들 수 있다.
발명의 한 실시형태에서, 본 발명의 약제학적 조성물은 용액, 연고, 크림, 겔, 로션, 현탁액, 무스, 에어로졸, 스프레이, 폼, 마이크로스피어, 마이크로에멀션, 나노에멀션, 나노입자, 나노현탁액, 피부 스틱, 롤온, 펌프, 패치, 테이프 등의 형태로 있다.
일 실시형태에서, 본 발명의 약제학적 조성물은 40℃ 및 75% 상대 습도(RH)의 조건에서 적어도 6개월의 기간 동안 보관 중에 우수한 물리화학적 안정성을 나타낸다.
본 발명의 실시형태에서, 본 발명은 안드로젠 탈모증의 예방, 개선 및/또는 치료를 위한, 본 명세서에 기술된 약제학적 조성물의 사용 방법을 제공한다.
본 발명의 실시형태에서, 약제학적 조성물은, 특히 두피 위로 적용될 때, 활성 제제의 유효성을 증강시키기 위한 두피의 모낭에 대한 두타스테라이드의 국소 전달을 제공한다.
실시형태에서, 본 발명의 약제학적 조성물은, 투여시에, 피부 또는 두피를 통해 약물이 침투하는 것을 허용하고, 그것은 두피에서 5α-환원효소를 국소적으로 차단하며 유의한 전신적 DHT 수준은 없다.

본 발명의 실시형태에서 발명은 본 발명의 약제학적 조성물의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 한 실시형태에서, 본 발명의 조성물의 제조 방법은 두타스테라이드를 적어도 하나의 약제학적으로 허용되는 부형제와 조합하는 단계, 및 적합한 국소 투여 형태로 제형화하는 단계를 포함한다.
한 실시형태에서, 본 발명의 약제학적 조성물의 제조 방법은,
(a) 두타스테라이드를 에탄올에 용해시키는 단계,
(b) 중간 사슬 트라이글리세라이드 및 캐스터유를 단계 a의 내용물에 첨가하는 단계,
(c) 혼합물을 용액으로 형성하는 단계

비교예 1:
비교예 1에서, 피나스테라이드 활성 성분을 표 6에 나타낸 다음의 성분을 사용하여 경구용 약물을 포함하는 조성물을 제조하기 위하여 용해시켰다.

시험예 1: 탈모 예방 및 모발 성장 자극의 전임상 실험(모발 성장 및 두께의 변화의 평가)
모발 성장 및 모발 두께 측정을 Wistar 래트에서 수행하였다. Wistar 래트를 각 그룹이 13마리 동물을 포함한 그룹들로 나누었다. Wistar 래트에 대한 연구를 21일 동안 수행하였다. 연구의 "0"일에, Wistar 래트의 측면 기관 주변의 털을 전기 이발기로 면도하고 2x2 cm 구역을 참조 실시예 1의 조성물(0.1㎎/kg의 용량의 경구용 피나스테라이드)과 함께 실시예 2 내지 13의 100 μl/kg의 용량으로 21일 동안 매일 1회(매일 오후 10시에서 11시 사이) 실시예 2 내지 13의 두타스테라이드 조성물의 국소 적용에 사용하였다. 100 μl의 1% 테스토스테론을 21일 동안 매일 피하로 주사하고(매일 오전 9시) 효과(모발 성장 및 두께)를 22일째에 동물을 희생한 후 평가하였다. 면도한 래트의 일반 대조군(테스토스테론의 투여 없음)을 13마리 동물로 구성되는 그룹으로 배치하였다.
모발 성장의 변화를 각 그룹의 13마리 동물에 대한 육안 채점(모발 성장 점수)에 의해 측정하였고 평균을 계산하였다. 육안 채점을 다음의 매개변수를 기준으로 계산하였다.
점수 0: 모발 성장을 관찰하지 못함
점수 1: 20% 미만의 성장을 관찰함
점수 2: 20% 내지 40% 미만의 성장을 관찰함
점수 3: 40% 내지 60% 미만의 성장을 관찰함
점수 4: 60% 내지 80% 미만의 성장을 관찰함
점수 5: 80% 내지 100% 성장
참조 경구용 피나스테라이드 및 일반 대조군과 함께 실시예 2 내지 13의 조성물로 치료한 각 그룹의 13마리 동물의 평균 육안 채점을 표 7에 나타냈다.
모발 두께를 200X 배율의 현미경에 부착된 Caslite 헤어 분석기에 의해 측정하고 참조 경구용 피나스테라이드 및 일반 대조군과 함께 실시예 2 내지 13의 조성물로 치료한 각 그룹의 모발 두께(㎛)의 결과를 표 7에 나타냈다.

표 7의 데이터는 모발 성장 점수 및 모발 두께가 실시예 2 내지 4의 Wistar 래트에서 유의하게 증가하였고, 가장 바람직하게는 다른 제형과 비교할 때 두타스테라이드 0.022 중량%(0.02% w/v와 동등함), 캐스터유 40 중량%, 중간 사슬 트라이글리세라이드 30 중량% 및 에탄올: 100 중량%로 맞춤(약 30 중량%)으로 구성된 실시예 3의 조성물이 최고 모발 성장 점수 및 모발 두께를 나타낸다. 본 발명의 국소 적용을 위한 상기 기술된 조성물의 효과의 신속한 개시는 치료 순응도를 유의하게 개선시킬 수 있다. 즉, 종래 제제(피나스테라이드 경구용)의 경우에 효과의 개시는 국소 투여로의 감소된 투여량으로 실시예 3에 개시된 제형의 효과의 개시와 유사하며 경구용 피나스테라이드와 비교했을 때 부작용이 거의 없다.
Claims (10)
- 탈모를 예방하고 모발 성장을 자극하기 위한 국소 적용을 위한 조성물로서,
상기 조성물은, 상기 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 0.01 중량% 내지 0.06 중량%의 두타스테라이드, 25 중량% 내지 35 중량%의 중간 사슬 트라이글리세라이드, 25 중량% 내지 35 중량%의 에탄올 및 35 중량% 내지 45 중량%의 캐스터유를 포함하며, 상기 조성물에 함유된 두타스테라이드는 0.1mg 내지 0.5㎎의 일일 용량을 제공하기 위한 양으로 있는, 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물에 함유된 두타스테라이드는 0.2㎎의 일일 용량을 제공하기 위한 양으로 있는, 조성물.
