Abstract
이를 위하여, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 시스템은, 디텍터와 엑스선관(x-ray tube)을 포함하고, 피검자의 유방에 대해 다각도의 엑스선 영상 데이터를 획득하는 맘모 촬영 장치를 포함하는 맘모그래피 시스템으로서, 상기 유방 두께에 대한 정보를 획득하는 두께 획득부 및 상기 유방 두께에 대한 정보로 상기 엑스선관의 회전 각도 범위를 산출하는 회전 각도 산출부를 포함하고, 상기 맘모 촬영 장치는 상기 회전 각도 범위 내에서 상기 엑스선관을 회전시키면서 엑스선 촬영을 수행하여 상기 다각도의 엑스선 영상 데이터를 획득할 수 있다.

도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 맘모 촬영 장치를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면,
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 엑스선관의 회전 각도를 산출하는 방법을 설명하기 위한 도면,
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 FOV를 설정하는 방법을 설명하기 위한 도면,
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 맘모 촬영 장치에서 조사된 엑스선이 피검체를 투과한 길이를 설명하기 위한 도면,
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 맘모 촬영 장치에서 조사되어 피검체를 투과한 엑스선의 에너지 감쇠를 설명하기 위한 도면,
도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 맘모그래피 촬영 방법에 대한 흐름도이다.
Claims (12)
- 디텍터와 엑스선관(x-ray tube)을 포함하고, 피검자의 유방에 대해 다각도의 엑스선 영상 데이터를 획득하는 맘모 촬영 장치를 포함하는 맘모그래피 시스템으로서,
상기 유방 두께에 대한 정보를 획득하는 두께 획득부;
상기 유방 두께에 대한 정보로 상기 엑스선관의 회전 각도 범위를 산출하는 회전 각도 산출부;
상기 유방 두께에 대한 정보와 상기 다각도의 엑스선 영상 데이터로 상기 유방 사이즈에 대응하는 FOV(Field Of View)를 설정하는 FOV 설정부; 및
상기 다각도의 엑스선 영상 데이터로 상기 FOV의 3차원 단층 영상 데이터를 재구성하는 영상 재구성부를 포함하고,
상기 맘모 촬영 장치는 상기 회전 각도 범위 내에서 상기 엑스선관을 회전시키면서 엑스선 촬영을 수행하여 상기 다각도의 엑스선 영상 데이터를 획득하고,
상기 FOV 설정부는 상기 다각도의 엑스선 영상 데이터에서 상기 유방의 경계선 위치를 검출하여 상기 유방의 경계선 위치와 상기 유방 두께로 상기 FOV를 설정하는
맘모그래피 시스템.

상기 엑스선관의 회전 각도 별 상기 FOV의 투과길이에 따른 엑스선 감쇠량을 산출하여 상기 다각도의 엑스선 영상 데이터를 보정하는 데이터 보정부를 더 포함하고,
상기 영상 재구성부는 상기 보정된 다각도의 엑스선 영상 데이터로 상기 FOV에 대한 3차원 단층 영상 데이터를 생성하는 맘모그래피 시스템.
