Claims (9)
- 중량%로, 탄소(C): 0.02~0.06%, 실리콘(Si): 0.1~0.5%, 망간(Mn): 0.8~1.8%, 크롬(Cr): 0.05% 미만, 인(P): 0.03% 이하, 황(S): 0.003% 이하, 알루미늄(Al): 0.06% 이하, 질소(N): 0.01% 이하, 니오븀(Nb): 0.005~0.08%, 티타늄(Ti): 0.005~0.05%, 칼슘(Ca): 0.0005~0.005%와; 니켈(Ni): 0.05~0.3%, 몰리브덴(Mo): 0.02~0.2% 및 바나듐(V): 0.005~0.1% 중 1종 이상, 잔부로 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하며,
상기 Ca와 S는 하기 관계식 1을 만족하고,
강재의 표면부 미세조직이 페라이트로 구성되거나, 페라이트와 펄라이트의 복합조직으로 구성되고, 중심부 미세조직이 애시큘러 페라이트로 구성되는, 강재.
[관계식 1]
0.5 ≤ Ca/S ≤ 5.0 (여기서, 각 원소는 중량 함량을 의미한다)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 표면부의 비커스 경도가 200Hv 이하인, 강재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 강재는 450MPa 이상의 항복강도를 가지는 것인 강재.
- 중량%로, 탄소(C): 0.02~0.06%, 실리콘(Si): 0.1~0.5%, 망간(Mn): 0.8~1.8%, 크롬(Cr): 0.05% 미만, 인(P): 0.03% 이하, 황(S): 0.003% 이하, 알루미늄(Al): 0.06% 이하, 질소(N): 0.01% 이하, 니오븀(Nb): 0.005~0.08%, 티타늄(Ti): 0.005~0.05%, 칼슘(Ca): 0.0005~0.005%와; 니켈(Ni): 0.05~0.3%, 몰리브덴(Mo): 0.02~0.2% 및 바나듐(V): 0.005~0.1% 중 1종 이상, 잔부로 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고,
상기 Ca와 S는 하기 관계식 1을 만족하는 강 슬라브를 1100~1300℃의 온도범위에서 2시간 이상 가열하는 단계;
상기 가열된 강 슬라브를 893~918℃의 온도범위에서 마무리 열간압연하여 열연판재를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 마무리 열간압연 후 냉각하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 마무리 열간압연 후 냉각 전에, 30초 이상을 유지하고,
상기 냉각은 1차 냉각하는 단계; 공냉하는 단계; 및 2차 냉각하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 1차 냉각은 상기 열연판재의 표면부 온도가 Ar1-50℃~Ar3-50℃로 되도록 5~40℃/s의 냉각속도로 행하며, 상기 2차 냉각은 상기 열연판재의 표면부 온도가 300~600℃가 되도록 50~500℃/s의 냉각속도로 행하는, 강재의 제조방법.
[관계식 1]
0.5 ≤ Ca/S ≤ 5.0 (여기서, 각 원소는 중량 함량을 의미한다)
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 마무리 열간압연은 누적 압하율 50% 이상으로 행하는 것인, 강재의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 1차 냉각은 상기 열연판재의 표면부 온도가 Ar3-20℃~Ar3+50℃일 때 개시하는 것인 강재의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 1차 냉각을 완료한 후 상기 열연판재의 중심부 온도가 Ar3-30℃~Ar3+30℃인 것인 강재의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 공냉을 완료한 후 상기 열연판재의 표면부 온도가 Ar3-10℃~Ar3-50℃인 것인 강재의 제조방법.
