Claims (15)
- 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름인 광투과성 기재의 일면 상에 순차로 형성된 무기 배리어층 및 보호층을 포함하고,
135 ℃의 온도에서 1 시간 동안의 레토르트 처리 전후 수분 투과도(WVTR) 변화량이 1.00 g/m2·day 이하이고,
겔보(Gelbo) 플렉스 테스터를 사용하여 비틀림 50회 반복한 전후 수분 투과도(WVTR) 변화량이 0.70 g/m2*day 이하인, 수분 및 산소 배리어성 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적층체에 대한 135 ℃의 온도에서 1 시간 동안의 레토르트 처리 전후 산소 투과도(OTR) 변화량이 0.50 cc/m2·day 이하인, 수분 및 산소 배리어성 적층체.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적층체에 대해 겔보(Gelbo) 플렉스 테스터를 사용하여 비틀림 50회 반복한 전후 산소 투과도(OTR) 변화량이 1.00 cc/m2·day 이하인, 수분 및 산소 배리어성 적층체.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름은 면내의 리타데이션(Re) 값이 120 내지 300 nm인, 수분 및 산소 배리어성 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름에 대해 폭 방향으로 100 mm 간격으로 측정된 면내의 리타데이션(Re)의 평균값은 120 내지 300 nm이고, 표준편차는 7.0 내지 15.0인, 수분 및 산소 배리어성 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름의 면내 지상축 방향의 굴절률(nx)과, 면내 진상축 방향의 굴절률(ny)의 차(nx-ny)가 0.010 내지 0.030인, 수분 및 산소 배리어성 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름을 150 ℃에서 30 분간 유지시킨 후 ASTM D 2305 규격에 따라 측정한 기계방향(MD)의 수축율이 0.5 % 내지 2.0%이고, 폭방향(TD)의 수축율이 0.0% 내지 1.0 %인, 수분 및 산소 배리어성 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보호층 상에 나일론 필름 및 미연신 폴리프로필렌 필름으로 이루어진 군에서 하나 이상의 필름이 더 형성되는, 수분 및 산소 배리어성 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무기 배리어층은 산화 규소, 산화 질화 규소, 질화 규소, 산화 알루미늄, 및 질화 알루미늄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 무기물로 이루어진, 수분 및 산소 배리어성 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보호층은 알키드 수지, 멜라민 수지, 아크릴 수지, 우레탄 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 페놀 수지, 아미노 수지, 불소 수지, 에폭시 수지 및 이소시아네이트 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 수지를 포함하는, 수분 및 산소 배리어성 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 광투과성 기재는 5 ㎛ 내지 100 ㎛의 두께를 가지는, 수분 및 산소 배리어성 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 무기 배리어층은 1 nm 내지 200 nm의 두께를 가지는, 수분 및 산소 배리어성 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보호층은 1 nm 내지 1000 nm의 두께를 가지는, 수분 및 산소 배리어성 적층체.
