Description
Claims (98)

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 다공성 막이 나일론 막, 나일론 메쉬, 필터 막, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 (PTFE) 막, 확장된 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 (ePTFE) 막, 폴리에스테르 막, 폴리에테르에테르케톤 (PEEK) 막, 확장된 폴리에테르에테르케톤 (ePEEK) 막, 폴리에틸렌 (PE) 막, 폴리프로필렌 (PP) 막, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드 (PVDF) 막, 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 (EVA) 막, 열가소성 폴리우레탄 (TPU) 막, 폴리에테르설폰 (PES) 막, 폴리카보네이트 막, 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 (PET) 막으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 물질을 포함하는, 전달 방법.

용액 중 상기 카고를 저장소 챔버에 분배하도록 제공하는 것이 상기 저장소 챔버의 벽을 관통하는 니들을 통해 상기 용액을 주사함을 포함하거나;
용액 중 상기 카고를 저장소 챔버에 분배하도록 제공하는 것이 상기 저장소 챔버에 로딩하기 위해 상기 다공성 막을 통해 상기 용액을 통과시킴을 포함하는, 전달 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 카고가 천연 염색체 또는 염색체 단편, 합성 염색체, 세균, 합성 입자, 세포내 진균류, 세포내 원생동물, 및 기관으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 모이어티를 포함하는, 전달 방법.
