Claims (12)
- 방향족 디카르복실산으로서 디메틸테레프탈레이트와 지방족 디카르복실산으로서 아디프산의 중량부 비율이 40:60 내지 60:40인 산 성분과, 1,4-부탄디올의 글리콜성분과, 반응속도 조절제인 폴리글리세롤석시네이트와, 분자량증가제인 폴리글리세롤후라노에이트를 첨가하여 에스테르화반응 및 축중합반응으로 제조되어 수평균 분자량이 70,000 이상이며, 중량평균 분자량이 150,000 이상이고, 산가 0.4~0.8 mg-KOH/g이며, 인장강도가 400 kgf/cm2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스터수지
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산 성분과 글리콜 성분의 몰비는 1:1.15 내지 1:1.5 인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스터수지

상기 에스테르화반응 및 축중합반응의 초기 또는 말기에는 촉매를 총 반응물 중량을 기준으로 0.01 내지 0.8 중량% 범위로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스터수지
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 촉매는 테트라부틸티타네이트, 트리옥틸안티몬옥사이드, 틴옥사이드, 칼슘아세데이트, 아연아세테이트, 테트라프로필티타네이트등으로서 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스터수지
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에스테르화반응 및 축중합반응의 초기 또는 말기에는 안정제를 총 반응물 중량을 기준으로 0.02 내지 0.1 중량% 범위로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스터수지
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 안정제는 아인산, 트리메틸포스페이트, 트리페닐포스페이트중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스터수지
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에스테르화반응은 180~210℃에서 1차 에스테르화 반응 후, 230℃ 내지 240℃에서 2차 에스테르화 반응시키며, 상기 축중합반응은 230℃ 내지 240℃ 온도 범위에서 진공도가 0.01 내지 2.0 Torr의 진공하에서 70분 내지 110분 동안 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스터수지
