Claims (15)
- 초산 대사 조절자 A(regulators of acetate metabolism A)의 활성이 강화된, 루이신 또는 이소류신 생산 미생물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 활성 강화는 유전자 발현 조절 서열에 변이를 도입; 유전자 발현 조절 서열을 활성이 강력한 서열로 교체; 유전자의 활성이 강화되도록 해당 유전자에 변이를 추가적으로 도입 또는 이들의 조합에 의하여 달성되는 것인, 미생물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 유전자 발현 조절 서열은 프로모터인 것인, 미생물.
- 서열번호 1로 표시되는 폴리뉴클레오티드 서열의 34번째, 36번째, 37번째, 41번째 및 43번째 뉴클레오티드 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 위치에 상응하는 위치에서 다른 뉴클레오티드로의 치환을 포함하는 프로모터 활성을 가지는 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는, 초산 대사 조절자 A(regulators of acetate metabolism A)의 활성이 강화된, L-분지쇄 아미노산 생산 미생물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리뉴클레오티드는 서열번호 1로 표시되는 폴리뉴클레오티드 서열의 34번째 뉴클레오티드가 T로 치환; 36번째 뉴클레오티드가 T로 치환; 37번째 뉴클레오티드가 G로 치환; 41번째 뉴클레오티드가 T로 치환; 43번째 뉴클레오티드가 A로 치환되거나 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 것인, 미생물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리뉴클레오티드는, 서열번호 3 내지 5 중 선택되는 어느 하나의 뉴클레오티드 서열로 이루어지는 것인, 미생물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 미생물은 코리네박테리움 속인 것인, 미생물.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 코리네박테리움 속 미생물은 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰을 포함하는, 미생물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물은 코리네박테리움 속인 것인, 미생물.
- 제 4항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 미생물을 배지에서 배양하는 단계를 포함하는, L-분지쇄 아미노산을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기의 배지 또는 미생물로부터 회수 또는 분리하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, L-분지쇄 아미노산을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 및 제 9항 중 어느 한 항의 미생물을 배지에서 배양하는 단계를 포함하는, 루이신 또는 이소류신을 생산하는 방법.
- 서열번호 1로 표시되는 폴리뉴클레오티드 서열의 34번째, 36번째, 37번째, 41번째 및 43번째 뉴클레오티드 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 위치에 상응하는 위치에서 다른 뉴클레오티드로의 치환을 포함하는, 프로모터 활성을 가지는 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 폴리뉴클레오티드는 서열번호 1로 표시되는 폴리뉴클레오티드 서열의 34번째 뉴클레오티드가 T로 치환; 36번째 뉴클레오티드가 T로 치환; 37번째 뉴클레오티드가 G로 치환; 41번째 뉴클레오티드가 T로 치환; 43번째 뉴클레오티드가 A로 치환되거나 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 것인, 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 폴리뉴클레오티드는, 서열번호 3 내지 5 중 선택되는 어느 하나의 클레오티드 서열로 이루어지는, 폴리뉴클레오티드.
