Claims (8)
- 구리 및 주석의 혼합물로 이루어진 용기를 구비하되,
상기 용기의 표면 전체 또는 일부에 자력에 의해 자화되는 소재분말을 용사시켜 인덕션 렌지의 자기장에 의해 용기에 와류전류가 발생하여 발열되도록 하여 상기 소재분말을 용사한 이외의 용기 표면에 산화 방지용 피막층을 형성하도록 하되,
상기 피막층은,
카르복실산염, 폴리실라잔을 주성분으로 하는 피막조성물 100중량부에 세라믹 10~20 중량부 및 금속산화물 및 규산 염화합물로 구성되는 혼합물을 2~3중량부가 함유되도록 한 다음 상기 용기 표면에 피막층을 도포한 후 기기를 200~450℃ 온도로 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕션용 유기용기. - 구리 및 주석의 혼합물로 이루어진 용기를 구비하되,
상기 용기의 표면 전체 또는 일부에 자력에 의해 자화되는 소재부재를 브레이징으로 접합시켜 인덕션 렌지의 자기장에 의해 용기에 와류전류를 발생시켜 발열되도록 하여 상기 소재부재를 브레이징한 이외의 용기 표면에 산화 방지용 피막층을 형성하도록 하되,
상기 피막층은,
카르복실산염, 폴리실라잔을 주성분으로 하는 피막조성물 100중량부에 세라믹 10~20 중량부 및 금속산화물 및 규산 염화합물로 구성되는 혼합물을 2~3중량부가 함유되도록 한 다음 상기 용기 표면에 피막층을 도포한 후 기기를 200~450℃ 온도로 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕션용 유기용기. - 스테인레스 기기 또는 알루미늄 소재로 이루어진 용기를 구비하고,
상기 용기 표면에 구리와 주석으로 이루어진 유기 코팅층을 피막하며,
상기 유기 코팅층의 표면 일부에 자력에 의해 자화되는 소재분말을 용사시켜 인덕션 렌지의 자기장에 의해 용기에 와류전류가 발생하여 발열되도록 하여 상기 소재분말을 용사한 이외의 용기 표면에 산화 방지용 피막층을 형성하도록 하되,
상기 피막층은,

상기 피막층은,

상기 유기 코팅층은,
구리와 주석으로 이루어진 유기 분말과 산, 규소 화합물을 포함한 유기혼합물 및 코팅액인 PTFE분산액, 물, 방향족 탄화수소, 트리에틸아민, 올레인산, 계면활성제를 혼합하여 용기 표면에 도포 후 열처리하여 선택된 용기 표면에 피막되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕션용 유기용기. - 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 유기 코팅층은 유기분말 15~35중량부, 유기혼합물 10~15중량부 및 코팅액 100~120중량부의 조성 비율로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕션용 유기용기.
