Claims (23)
- 가소제를 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 총 중량을 기준으로 5 중량% 미만의 양으로포함하고, 압력 풋(pressure foot)이 시험편과 접촉하고 나서 3초 후에 경도값이 판독되는 DIN 53505에 따라 측정할 때 쇼어 A 경도가 60 이하이며, i) 선형 폴리올, ii) 유기 디이소시아네이트, 및 iii) 에틸렌 글리콜 및/또는 1,3-프로판디올을 주로 포함하는 글리콜 사슬 연장제의 1 단계 반응에 의해 제조되는 열가소성 폴리우레탄으로서, 상기 선형 폴리올(i)은 아디프산 및 1,3-프로판디올로부터 유도되는 폴리에스테르 폴리올(폴리(1,3-프로필렌 아디페이트)디올)이고, 1.5×103 g/mol∼5.0×103 g/mol 범위 내의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 것인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압력 풋이 시험편과 접촉하고 나서 3초 후에 경도값이 판독되는 DIN 53505에 따라 측정할 때 쇼어 A 경도가 55∼30인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제2항에 있어서, 압력 풋이 시험편과 접촉하고 나서 3초 후에 경도값이 판독되는 DIN 53505에 따라 측정할 때 쇼어 A 경도가 50∼35인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 폴리올이 2.2×103∼4.0×103의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 것인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 폴리올(폴리(1,3-프로필렌 아디페이트)디올)이 1.5×103∼4.0×103의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 것인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 디이소시아네이트가 방향족 디이소시아네이트인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유기 디이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제7항에 있어서, 유기 디이소시아네이트가 4,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항에 있어서, 글리콜 사슬 연장제가 에틸렌 글리콜인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 글리콜 사슬 연장제가 에틸렌 글리콜이고; 유기 디이소시아네이트가 4,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트이며; 선형 폴리올이 아디프산 및 1,3-프로판디올로부터 유도되는 것(폴리(1,3-프로필렌 아디페이트)디올)으로서, 1.5×103∼4.0×103의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 것인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 삭제
- 제9항에 있어서, 사슬 연장제로서의 에틸렌 글리콜이 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 중량 합계의 1.0 중량%∼2.8 중량%의 양으로 사용되는 것인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제12항에 있어서, 에틸렌 글리콜이 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 중량 합계의 1.2 중량%∼2.4 중량%의 양으로 사용되는 것인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제13항에 있어서, 에틸렌 글리콜이 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 중량 합계의 1.4 중량%∼2.0 중량%의 양으로 사용되는 것인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 성형품을 제조하는 방법으로서, 제1항 내지 제3항, 제6항 내지 제9항 및 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 사출 성형 또는 압출에 의해 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 제조 방법.
