Claims (3)
- 고압의 액체와 고압의 기체를 혼합시킨 혼기 제트를 처리 대상물을 향하여 분사하는 분사 노즐과, 고압의 액체를 공급하는 고압 액체 공급원과, 이 고압 액체 공급원과 상기 분사 노즐을 접속하는 액체 통로와, 고압의 기체를 공급하는 고압 기체 공급원과, 이 고압 기체 공급원과 분사 노즐을 접속하는 기체 통로를 구비하고, 상기 기체 통로 내에서 고압의 기체에 방청재와 연소재를 혼입시킴과 아울러, 상기 분사 노즐 내에서 상기 방청재와 연소재를 혼입시킨 고압의 기체에 고압의 액체를 혼합시켜 상기 혼기 제트로 하도록 구성한 혼기 제트 분사 장치에 있어서,
상기 기체 통로는 상기 고압 기체 공급원과 분사 노즐을 접속하는 단일의 기체 통로로 구성되어 있고,
상기 방청재의 분말을 수용하는 제1 탱크와 상기 연소재를 수용하는 제2 탱크를 별개로 설치함과 아울러, 상기 제1 탱크의 방청재의 분말 및 제2 탱크의 연소재를 소정의 비율로 기체 통로에 공급하는 공급 장치를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 혼기 제트 분사 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 기체 통로에 있어서의 상류측에 제1 탱크가 설치됨과 아울러, 이 제1 탱크를 설치한 위치에 제1 탱크로부터 기체 통로에 방청재를 공급하는 제1 공급 장치가 설치되어 있고, 기체 통로에 있어서의 제1 탱크의 위치보다 하류측에 상기 제2 탱크가 설치됨과 아울러, 이 제2 탱크를 설치한 위치에 제2 탱크로부터 기체 통로에 연소재를 공급하는 제2 공급 장치가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼기 제트 분사 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기체 통로에 있어서의 소요 위치에 상기 공급 장치가 설치되어 있고, 이 공급 장치는 상기 제1 탱크의 배출구와 제2 탱크의 배출구가 접속된 단일의 케이싱과, 이 케이싱 내에 설치된 회전이 자유로운 스크류를 구비하고, 이 스크류의 서로 앞뒤의 날개 부재의 피치는 제1 탱크의 배출구의 하방의 위치와, 제2 탱크의 배출구의 하방의 위치에서 상이하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼기 제트 분사 장치.
