Description
도 2는 라이너와 복합재 사이에서 보스부로 체류 가스가 배출될 수 있는 구조를 도시한 도면이다.
도 3은 라이너와 복합재 사이에서 체류 가스에 의해 라이너에 좌굴이 발생한 상태를 도시한 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예로서, 라이너, 열전달 시트, 스페이서 및 복합재가 적층된 고압용기의 단면을 도시한 도면이다.
도 5A 및 도 5B는 열전달 시트의 일 실시예들을 도시한 도면으로서, 열전달 시트의 중앙부 끝단의 형상에 따른 실시예를 도시한 도면이다.
도 6A 및 도 6B는 스페이서의 일 실시예들을 도시한 도면으로서, 스페이서 중앙부 끝단의 형상에 따른 실시예를 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (18)
- 라이너와 상기 라이너 외주면을 감싸는 복합재를 포함하여 형성되는 고압용기에 있어서,
상기 라이너 외주면에 형성될 수 있는 열전달 시트; 및
상기 열전달 시트와 상기 복합재 사이에 구비될 수 있는 스페이서;
를 포함하고, 상기 열전달 시트와 상기 스페이서 사이에 틈이 형성되며,
상기 열전달 시트는,
상기 라이너의 원주 방향을 따라 형성되는 중앙부; 및
상기 라이너의 원주 방향을 따라 등간격으로, 상기 라이너의 축 방향과는 나란하게 형성될 수 있는 가지부;를 포함하고,
상기 중앙부는 상기 라이너의 중앙에 구비되며, 상기 가지부는 상기 중앙부로부터 상기 라이너의 축방향을 따라 양방향으로 연장되고,
상기 스페이서는,
상기 라이너의 원주 방향을 따라 형성되는 중앙부; 및
상기 라이너의 원주 방향을 따라 등간격으로, 상기 라이너의 축 방향과는 나란하게 형성될 수 있는 가지부;를 포함하고,
상기 중앙부는 상기 라이너의 중앙에 구비되며, 상기 가지부는 상기 중앙부로부터 상기 라이너의 축방향을 따라 양방향으로 연장되며,
상기 열전달 시트 및 상기 스페이서 각각의 상기 중앙부는 상기 중앙부의 일단에 형성되는 고리 형상;
을 포함하고, 상기 중앙부의 타단은 상기 고리 형상에 체결되어, 상기 중앙부 및 상기 가지부가 상기 라이너 외주면에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압용기. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열전달 시트는 금속 소재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고압용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서의 단면은 원형 또는 육각 이상의 다각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 고압용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서의 두께는 상기 열전달 시트의 두께보다 두껍게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서의 폭은 상기 열전달 시트의 폭보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 고압용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고압용기의 양단에 삽입될 수 있는 고정링;
을 더 포함하고, 상기 스페이서의 끝단이 상기 고정링 내부로 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압용기. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서는 수지와 접착되지 않는 소재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고압용기.

- 라이너와 상기 라이너 외주면을 감싸는 복합재를 포함하는 고압용기를 제조함에 있어서,
(a) 상기 라이너 외주면에 열전달 시트를 밀착하는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 열전달 시트 위로 스페이서가 밀착되는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 열전달 시트는 중앙부; 및
상기 라이너의 원주 방향을 따라 등간격으로, 상기 라이너의 축 방향과는 나란하게 형성될 수 있는 가지부;를 포함하고,
상기 (a)단계에서는 상기 라이너의 중앙에 상기 중앙부가 위치하고, 상기 중앙부의 양단이 서로 체결됨에 따라, 상기 라이너 외주면에 상기 열전달 시트가 밀착되며,
상기 스페이서는 중앙부; 및
상기 라이너의 원주 방향을 따라 등간격으로, 축 방향과는 나란하게 형성될 수 있는 가지부;
를 포함하고, 상기 중앙부 및 상기 가지부가 상기 열전달 시트의 중앙부 및 가지부와 대응됨에 따라, 상기 열전달 시트 위로 상기 스페이서가 밀착되고,
상기 열전달 시트 및 상기 스페이서 각각의 상기 중앙부는 상기 중앙부의 일단에 형성되는 고리 형상;
을 포함하고, 상기 중앙부의 타단은 상기 고리 형상에 체결되어, 상기 중앙부 및 상기 가지부가 상기 라이너 외주면에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압용기 제조 방법. - 삭제

(c-1) 상기 스페이서의 표면에 대하여 이형 처리하는 단계; 또는
(c-2) 상기 라이너의 양단에 고정링이 삽입되는 단계;
를 더 포함하고, 상기 (c-1) 및 (c-2) 단계는 임의의 순서로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압용기 제조 방법. - 제15항에 있어서, 상기 (c-1) 및 (c-2)단계 이후에는
(d) 상기 라이너, 상기 열전달 시트 및 상기 스페이서의 외주면에 대하여 필라멘트 와인딩을 수행하는 단계;
를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압용기 제조 방법. - 제16항에 있어서, 상기 (d)단계에서는, 상기 필라멘트 와인딩의 첫 층에 수지를 함침하지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 고압용기 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 (d)단계에서 상기 필라멘트 와인딩은 탄소 섬유로 와인딩되며, 상기 라이너 위의 첫 와인딩 층을 이루는 헬리컬 층은 유리 섬유로 와인딩 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압용기 제조 방법.
