Claims (11)
- 소리 및/또는 기체의 통과를 허용하면서 물의 침입을 방지하는 방수막과, 두께 방향의 통기성을 갖는 지지층을 구비하는 방수 부재이며,
상기 방수 부재는,
상기 방수막과 상기 지지층이 접합된 접합 영역과,
상기 방수막과 상기 지지층이 서로 이격한 상태에 있는 비접합 영역을
갖고,
상기 방수막의 주면에 수직인 방향에서 보아, 상기 비접합 영역은 상기 접합 영역에 의해 둘러싸여 있고,
상기 비접합 영역에 있어서의 상기 지지층의 두께가 500㎛ 이하이고,
상기 비접합 영역에 있어서의 상기 방수막과 상기 지지층의 이격 거리가 150㎛ 이하이고,
상기 지지층의 면 내 방향의 투기 저항도가 8만초/100mL를 초과하는, 방수 부재. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투기 저항도가 30만초/100mL를 초과하는 방수 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지층이, 한쪽의 주면과 다른 쪽의 주면을 접속하는 1 또는 2 이상의 관통 구멍을 갖는 금속판인 방수 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지층이 펀칭 메탈인 방수 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수직인 방향에서 본 상기 비접합 영역의 면적이 12㎟ 이하인 방수 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수직인 방향에서 본 상기 접합 영역의 면적 및 상기 비접합 영역의 면적 합계에 차지하는 상기 비접합 영역의 면적 비율이, 20% 이하인 방수 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방수막이 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌막을 포함하는 방수 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방수막의 두께 방향의 통기도가, JIS L1096: 2010에 정해진 통기성 측정 B법(걸리형법)에 준거하여 구한 공기 투과도에 의해 나타내고, 20초/100mL 이상인 방수 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방수막에 있어서의 상기 지지층과의 접합면과는 반대측의 면, 및/또는, 상기 지지층에 있어서의 상기 방수막과의 접합면과는 반대측의 면에, 상기 방수막의 주면에 수직인 방향에서 보아 상기 비접합 영역을 둘러싸는 형상을 갖는 고정부가 형성되어 있는 방수 부재.
- 개구를 갖는 하우징과,
상기 개구를 막도록 상기 하우징에 설치된, 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방수 부재를 구비하고,
상기 부재는, 상기 방수막의 측이 상기 하우징의 외부에 면하고, 상기 지지층의 측이 상기 하우징의 내부에 면하도록, 상기 하우징에 설치되어 있는 전자 기기. - 제10항에 있어서, 전기 신호와 음성의 변환을 행하는 음성 변환부가 상기 하우징에 수용되어 있고,
상기 개구가, 상기 음성 변환부와 상기 하우징의 외부 사이에 위치하고 있는 전자 기기.
