Claims (12)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 제1 구조단위와 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 제2 구조단위를 포함하고 상기 제1 구조단위와 제2 구조단위의 합계 100 몰%에 대하여 상기 제1 구조단위는 70 내지 95 몰%로 포함되고 상기 제2 구조단위는 5 내지 30 몰%로 포함되는 폴리이미드 공중합체를 포함하는 액정 광배향제.

X1은 하기 화학식 1A에서 선택되는 4가 유기기이고
X2는 하기 화학식 2A의 4가 유기기이고,
Y1과 Y2는 방향족 디아민에서 유도된 2가 유기기이다.)

(상기 화학식 1A에서,
R5 내지 R7는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1 내지 C20 알킬기 및 이들의 조합에서 선택되고,
a는 0 내지 2의 정수이고,
b는 0 내지 3의 정수이고,
b가 2이상인 경우 복수의 R7은 서로 상이할 수 있으며, 서로 연결되어 사이클로헥실기와 융합된 융합링을 형성할 수 있다.)

R11 및 R12는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1 내지 C20 알킬기 및 이들의 조합에서 선택된다.) - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 구조단위와 제2 구조단위의 합계 100 몰%에 대하여 상기 제1 구조단위는 75 내지 90 몰%로 포함되고 상기 제2 구조단위는 10 내지 25 몰%의 양으로 포함되는 액정 광배향제. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 구조단위와 제2 구조단위의 합계 100 몰%에 대하여 상기 제1 구조단위는 75 내지 85 몰%로 포함되고 상기 제2 구조단위는 15 내지 25 몰%의 양으로 포함되는 액정 광배향제. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이미드 공중합체는 10,000 내지 300,000 g/mol 의 중량평균분자량을 가지는 액정 광배향제. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 액정 광배향제는 0.1 내지 30 중량%의 고형분을 가지는 액정 광배향제. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 액정 광배향제를 포함하는 액정 광배향막.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 액정 배향막의 노광 전의 이미드화율(Q1)과 노광 후의 이미드화율(Q2)의 변화(Q1-Q2)를 나타내는 분해율(decomposition ratio)이 10% 내지 30%의 범위에 있는 액정 광배향막. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 액정 광배향제를 기판에 도포한 후 1차 베이크 공정을 실시하고,
노광한 후 2차 베이크 공정을 실시하여 액정 광배향막의 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 1차 베이크 공정은 80 ℃ 내지 180 ℃의 온도에서 5분 내지 300분 동안 실시하는 액정 광배향막의 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
노광 공정은 240 nm 내지 380 nm의 파장범위를 갖는 자외선을 이용하여 실시하는 액정 광배향막의 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 2차 베이크 공정은 140 ℃ 내지 230 ℃에서 20 내지 40분간 수행하는 액정 광배향막의 제조방법. - 제6항의 액정 광배향막을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
