Claims (8)
- 밀도 0.9 g/cc 이하의 열가소성 수지 5~30 중량%, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 30~60 중량% 및 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 20~50 중량%를 포함하는 방수 시트용 수지 조성물로서,
상기 열가소성 수지는 에틸렌-옥텐 고무(EOR) 또는 에틸렌-부텐 공중합체(EBR)이고,
상기 수지 조성물은 인장 강도(ASTM D 638)가 15 MPa 이상이고, 신율(ASTM D 638)이 700% 이상이고, 하기 방법에 따른 접착 시험에서 접착성이 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 시트용 수지 조성물:
[접착 시험 방법]
상기 수지 조성물로 제조된 두 시트를 170℃및 50 bar 조건에서 1분 동안 접착하고 600℃및 2 bar의 공기를 불어 넣어 접착성 유지 여부를 확인함. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지는 중량평균분자량이 80,000 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 시트용 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌은 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 가지형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 시트용 수지 조성물. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방수 시트용 수지 조성물에서 녹는점 95℃ 이하인 성분이 전체 방수 시트용 수지 조성물 대비 5~40 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 시트용 수지 조성물. - 삭제
- 제1항, 제3항, 제4항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 수지 조성물로 제조된 시트.
