Claims (14)
- 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 제1성분; 및
식물유래 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 제2성분;
을 복합 방사하여 제조되며,
상기 제1성분의 점도 및 융점이 상기 제2성분보다 높고,
144 내지 152℃의 열접착 온도에서 엠보롤을 이용한 열접착에 의해 부직포로 제조되며,
0.6 내지 0.8mm 두께를 가지며,
HOM(Handle-o-meter)의 측정 결과가 2.5 내지 4.5gf인, 식물유래 폴리에틸렌을 함유하는 친환경 복합섬유 스펀본드 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1성분의 융점은 150~170℃이고, 용융 흐름 지수는 25~60g/10분인, 식물유래 폴리에틸렌을 함유하는 친환경 복합섬유 스펀본드 부직포.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2성분의 융점은 120~130℃이고, 용융 흐름 지수는 16~24g/10분인, 식물유래 폴리에틸렌을 함유하는 친환경 복합섬유 스펀본드 부직포.
- 제2항 또는 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1성분의 용융 흐름 지수 및 상기 제2성분의 용융 흐름 지수 차이가 20g/10분 이하인, 식물유래 폴리에틸렌을 함유하는 친환경 복합섬유 스펀본드 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1성분 및 상기 제2성분은 70:30 내지 50:50의 중량비를 갖는, 식물유래 폴리에틸렌을 함유하는 친환경 복합섬유 스펀본드 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2성분은 단독으로 방사하여 소각할 시 이산화탄소가 1,350kgCO2eq/ton 이하로 배출되는, 식물유래 폴리에틸렌을 함유하는 친환경 복합섬유 스펀본드 부직포.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 복합섬유 스펀본드 부직포는 소각 시 이산화탄소가 4,000 kgCO2eq/ton 이하로 배출되는, 식물유래 폴리에틸렌을 함유하는 친환경 복합섬유 스펀본드 부직포.

- 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 제1성분 및 식물유래 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 제2성분을 각각 별개의 익스트루더로 용융시켜 각각의 폴리머를 사이드 바이 사이드 방사가 가능한 노즐로 방사하고, 방사된 필라멘트에 냉각공기를 부여하여 고체화시킨 후, 고체화된 필라멘트를 연신과정을 통해 연신한 후 연신 필라멘트를 연속적으로 구동되는 다공성 스크린 벨트에 집적하여 부직포 웹을 형성하고, 집적된 부직포 웹을 144 내지 152℃의 열접착 온도에서 엠보롤을 이용한 열접착으로 결합하여 부직포 웹의 형태안정성을 부여하여 형성되며,
상기 제1성분의 점도 및 융점이 상기 제2성분보다 높고,
형태안정성이 부여된 부직포 웹은 0.6 내지 0.8mm 두께를 가지며, HOM(Handle-o-meter)의 측정 결과가 2.5 내지 4.5gf인, 식물유래 폴리에틸렌을 함유하는 친환경 복합섬유 스펀본드 부직포.
- 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 제1성분 및 식물유래 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 제2성분을 각각 별개의 익스트루더로 용융시켜 각각의 폴리머를 사이드 바이 사이드 방사가 가능한 노즐로 방사하는 단계;

상기 집적된 부직포 웹을 144 내지 152℃의 열접착 온도에서 엠보롤을 이용한 열접착으로 결합하여 부직포 웹의 형태안정성을 부여하는 단계;

상기 제1성분의 점도 및 융점이 상기 제2성분보다 높고,
