Abstract
상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 내시경 점막하박리술용 가변형 캡장치는, 점막하층의 하부로 진입할 때는 오므라지고 조직을 절개할 때는 벌어져 시야를 확보해주므로, 점막하층의 박리를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있게 한다.
Description
도 2 및 도 3은 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 내시경 점막하박리술용 가변형 캡장치의 구조를 도시한 단면도이다.
도 4 및 도 5는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 내시경 점막하박리술용 가변형 캡장치에 적용되는 가변캡지지부의 구조와 작동 방식을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 6 및 도 7은 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 내시경 점막하박리술용 가변형 캡장치의 구조 및 작동 원리를 설명하기 위한 단면도이다.

Claims (10)
- 체내에 삽입되는 내시경튜브의 선단부에 장착된 상태로, 내시경튜브의 선단부 전방으로 노출된 소작기를 수용하되, 소작기로 대상물을 소작할 때에만 소작기를 노출시키고, 소작하지 않을 때에는 소작기를 수용하는 것으로서,
상기 내시경튜브의 선단부를 감싸며 내시경튜브의 외주면과의 사이에 수용공간을 제공하는 투명고정캡과;
상기 투명고정캡의 수용공간내에 설치되고 탄성력을 출력하는 탄성부와;
상기 수용공간내에 슬라이딩 이동 가능하게 설치되며, 상기 탄성부의 작용에 의해 전방으로 이동하여 소작기를 수용하거나, 외력에 의해 후방으로 이동하여 소작기를 노출시키는 가변캡이 포함된 내시경 점막하박리술용 가변형 캡장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가변캡은;
상기 내시경튜브의 외주면에 슬라이딩 가능하도록 면접하는 슬라이딩부와,
상기 슬라이딩부에 일체를 이루며, 전방으로 갈수록 오므라진 형상의 테이퍼부를 갖는 내시경 점막하박리술용 가변형 캡장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 테이퍼부는,
다수의 분할슬릿에 의해 분할되며 내측으로 경사진 다수의 탄성편으로 이루어진 내시경 점막하박리술용 가변형 캡장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투명고정캡의 수용공간 내부에는,
상기 소작기를 커버하고 있다가 후방으로 밀려 이동된 상태의 가변캡을, 투명고정캡 내에 고정시키는 가변캡지지부가 구비된 내시경 점막하박리술용 가변형 캡장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 투명고정캡의 내주면에는, 폐회로를 이루며, 제1걸림홈부와 제2걸림홈부를 갖는 순환홈이 형성되고,
상기 가변캡지지부는;
지지핀을 통해 가변캡에 연결되며 지지핀을 중심으로 회전 가능하고 길이방향으로 연장된 연결로드와,
상기 연결로드의 연장단부에 고정되며 상기 순환홈에 끼워지고, 상기 가변캡의 슬라이딩 운동 시, 제1걸림홈부와 제2걸림홈부에 번갈아 걸리는 걸림핀을 구비하는 내시경 점막하박리술용 가변형 캡장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 걸림핀은;
가변캡이 투명고정캡의 내부로 삽입된 상태에서 제1걸림홈부에 걸리고, 투명고정캡의 외부로 돌출되어 소작기를 커버한 상태에서 제2걸림부에 걸리는 내시경 점막하박리술용 가변형 캡장치. - 체내에 삽입되는 내시경튜브의 선단부에 장착된 상태로, 내시경튜브의 선단부 전방으로 노출된 소작기를 수용하되, 소작기로 대상물을 소작할 때에만 소작기를 노출시키고, 소작하지 않을 때에는 소작기를 수용하는 것으로서,
상기 내시경튜브의 선단부를 감싸며 내시경튜브의 외주면과의 사이에 수용공간을 제공하는 투명고정캡와;
상기 수용공간내에 슬라이딩 이동 가능하게 설치되며, 전방으로 이동하여 소작기를 수용하거나, 후방으로 이동하여 소작기를 노출시키는 가변캡과;
상기 가변캡을 왕복운동시키는 가변캡구동부를 구비하는 내시경 점막하박리술용 가변형 캡장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 가변캡구동부는;
상기 가변캡의 후단부에 고정된 영구자석과,
상기 투명고정캡의 내부에 장착되며 상기 영구자석과 대향하고, 전력선을 통해 외부로부터 인가된 전력에 의해 착자 되어, 상기 영구자석에 인력 또는 척력을 가하는 전자석을 포함하는 내시경 점막하박리술용 가변형 캡장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 가변캡은;
상기 내시경튜브의 외주면에 슬라이딩 가능하도록 면접하는 슬라이딩부와,
상기 슬라이딩부에 일체를 이루며, 전방으로 갈수록 오므라진 형상의 테이퍼부를 갖는 내시경 점막하박리술용 가변형 캡장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 테이퍼부는,
다수의 분할슬릿에 의해 분할되며 내측으로 경사진 다수의 탄성편으로 이루어진 내시경 점막하박리술용 가변형 캡장치.
