Abstract
그리고 본발명은 생분해성 파인블랭킹유(Fine Blanking Oil) 조성물 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 지방산 에스테르 합성물(TMP Tri-oleate), C14-17 염소화 파라핀, 칼슘 슬폰산염(Oil Soluble Cacium Sulfonate), 황화 트리글리- 세라이드 (sulfurized lard) 를 혼합하는 단계; 교반단계; 를 포함하여 제조되는 것으로 본 발명은 파인블랭킹유(Fine Blanking Oil)에 사용되는 기초유를 생분해성이 뛰어난 지방산에스테르 합성물질로 대체하고 황과 염소성분이 대부분인 극압 첨가제의 량을 줄여서 생분해성이 우수하고 환경 오염, 인체에 악영향 등의 문제점을 줄이는 친환경적인 현저한 효과가 있다.

Claims (3)
- 지방산 에스테르 합성물(TMP Tri-oleate), C14-17 염소화 파라핀, 칼슘 슬폰산염(Oil Soluble Cacium Sulfonate), 황화 트리글리- 세라이드 (sulfurized lard), 실리콘계열의 소포제, 폴리부덴을 혼합하는 단계;
교반단계; 를 포함하여 제조되는 생분해성 파인블랭킹유(Fine Blanking Oil) 조성물 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 파인블랭킹유(Fine Blanking Oil) 조성물 혼합비율은 지방산 에스테르 합성물(TMP Tri-oleate) 50~70중량 부를 기초유로 사용하고, C14-17 염소화 파라핀 (52%CL, INEOS Chlor Limited사) 20~30 중량부, 칼슘 슬폰산염(Oil Soluble Cacium Sulfonate,Chemture사) 5~10 중량부, 황화 트리글리- 세라이드 (sulfurized lard,DIC사) 5~10 중량부,실리콘계열의 소포제0.1~0.5중량부, 폴리부덴 0.1~0.5중량부로 이루어지며,
상기 생분해성 파인블랭킹유(Fine Blanking Oil) 조성물 제조공정은
원료 검사 → 에스테르 합성물(TMP Tri-oleate) 투입→ 교반 → 염소화 파라핀 투입 → 칼슘 슬폰산염(Oil Soluble Cacium Sulfonate) 투입 → 황화 트리글리세라이드 (sulfurized lard) 투입 → 24시간 작업 중지하고 상온으로 냉각 → 교반 → 소포제 투입 → 폴리부덴 투입 → 3시간 이상 교반 → 제품 검사 → 포장 → 출하 순서인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 파인블랭킹유(Fine Blanking Oil) 조성물 제조방법 - 삭제
