도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 릴레이 진단 회로의 제1 스위치가 오프(Off) 된 상태를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 릴레이 진단 회로의 제1 스위치가 온(On) 되고 제2 스위치가 오프(Off) 된 상태를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (6)
- 배터리 팩과 부하 간의 연결 상태를 제어하는 릴레이의 정상 작동 여부를 진단하기 위한 릴레이 진단 회로에 있어서,
상기 배터리 팩과 병렬 연결되며, 상기 배터리 팩의 양극으로부터 인가되는 전류를 제어하는 제1 스위치;
상기 제1 스위치의 온/오프(On/Off) 여부에 따라, 상기 제1 스위치로부터 상기 배터리 팩의 음극 측에 연결되는 릴레이로 인가되는 전류를 제어하는 제2 스위치; 및
상기 제2 스위치와 병렬 연결되며, 상기 제2 스위치의 온/오프(On/Off) 여부에 따라, 상기 배터리 팩의 음극 측에 연결되는 릴레이를 통해 인가되는 전압을 측정하는 측정부를 포함하고,
상기 측정부는,
상기 제1 스위치가 온(On) 되는 경우 상기 배터리 팩으로부터 인가되는 전압을 측정하여, 상기 배터리 팩으로부터 인가되는 전압의 측정값에 따라 상기 배터리 팩의 음극 측에 연결되는 릴레이 또는 상기 배터리 팩의 정상 작동 여부를 진단하며,
상기 제1 스위치가 온(On)된 상태에서 상기 제2 스위치가 온(On) 되는 경우 상기 배터리 팩의 음극 측에 연결되는 릴레이의 정상 작동 여부를 진단하고,
상기 제1 스위치가 온(On)된 상태에서 상기 제2 스위치가 오프(Off) 되는 경우, 상기 배터리 팩의 정상 작동 여부를 진단하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
릴레이 진단 회로. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 릴레이 진단 회로는,
상기 제1 스위치, 상기 제2 스위치 및 상기 측정부와 각각 직렬로 연결되는 복수의 저항을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
릴레이 진단 회로. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 릴레이는,
상기 제1 스위치의 온/오프(On/Off) 여부에 따라, 상기 배터리 팩과 상기 부하 간의 연결 상태를 제어하는 기준 전압의 범위가 변경되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
릴레이 진단 회로. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 측정부는,
인가되는 전압을 디지털 신호로 변환하는 컨버터로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
릴레이 진단 회로.
