Claims (11)
- 목표 함량이 1.3 ~ 3.3wt%인 크롬(Cr)을 함유하는 철계분말을 제조하는 방법으로서,
탄소(C): 0.1 ~ 0.4wt%, 규소(Si): 0.1 ~ 0.25wt% 및 망간(Mn) 0.3wt% 이하를 함유하고, 최종 생성되는 철계분말 중 크롬(Cr)의 목표 함량을 기준으로 상기 크롬(Cr)의 목표 함량보다 크롬(Cr)의 함량을 1 ~ 30% 더 함유하며, 기타 불가피한 불순물과 나머지 철(Fe)로 이루어진 잉곳을 준비하는 단계(S1-1)와;
상기 잉곳을 용해시켜 용강을 준비하는 단계(S1-2)와;
상기 용강을 수분사하여 철계분말을 생성하는 단계(S2)와;
상기 철계분말을 환원처리하여 철계분말 내 탄소(C)의 함량을 조절하는 단계(S3)를 포함하는 철계분말의 제조방법.

상기 용강을 준비하는 단계(S1-2)에서, 상기 잉곳은 대기 분위기에서 용해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 철계분말의 제조방법.

상기 탄소의 함량을 조절하는 단계(S3)는 상기 철계분말을 수소환원 열처리하여 철계분말 내 탄소(C)의 함량을 0.01wt% 이하로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철계분말의 제조방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 탄소의 함량을 조절하는 단계(S3)에서 상기 수소환원 열처리는 900 ~ 1200℃에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철계분말의 제조방법.
