Claims (6)
- 쿨링 파이프 내장 형태의 배터리 팩 로우 하우징 제조 방법에 있어서,
상기 로우 하우징의 외부로 돌출되어 외부의 퀵 커넥터에 삽입 연결될 쿨링 파이프로, 상기 쿨링 파이프는 상기 퀵 커넥터에 연결될 퀵 커넥터 삽입부에서 제1 외경을 갖고 상기 퀵 커넥터 삽입부 끝단에서 제1 길이의 내측 방향으로 상기 퀵 커넥터에 고정하기 위한 제2 외경을 갖는 걸림 턱을 포함하고, 상기 퀵 커넥터 삽입부 끝단에서 상기 제1 길이보다 더 큰 제2 길이의 내측 방향으로 상기 제2 외경에 대응하는 제3 외경과 소정 길이를 갖고 상기 로우 하우징의 쿨링 파이프 출입구에 걸쳐 배치될 접합부을 갖는, 상기 쿨링 파이프를 준비하는 단계;
상기 접합부의 상기 제3 외경에 대응되는 내경을 갖는 하나 이상의 파이프 삽입부를 포함하는 슬라이더를 준비하는 단계;
상기 슬라이더의 파이프 삽입부에 상기 쿨링 파이프들의 퀵 커넥터 삽입부들을 삽입하는 단계;
로우 하우징 금형 틀을 상기 쿨링 파이프와 결합시키는 단계;
상기 로우 하우징 금형 틀을 이용하여 상기 로우 하우징을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 슬라이더 및 상기 로우 하우징 금형 틀을 제거하는 단계;
를 포함하는 로우 하우징 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 외경은 상기 제1 외경보다 크며, 상기 제3 외경은 상기 제2 외경보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 로우 하우징 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 외경은 상기 제1 외경보다 크며, 상기 제3 외경은 상기 제2 외경과 동일한 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우 하우징 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서
상기 슬라이더의 파이프 삽입부의 길이는 상기 쿨링 파이프가 상기 로우 하우징에서 돌출되는 길이에 대응되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우 하우징 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 슬라이더의 하나 이상의 파이프 삽입부들의 간격은 상기 로우 하우징 외부에서 돌출되는 상기 쿨링 파이프의 퀵 커넥터 삽입부들의 간격에 대응되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우 하우징 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 로우 하우징 형성 단계를 몰딩을 이용하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우 하우징 제조 방법.
