Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 배터리 셀과 보호회로모듈 간의 접속부 구조가 개선됨으로써, 전기적인 단락이 방지되는 배터리 팩이 제공된다.
Description
도 2a 및 도 2b에는 도 1에 도시된 배터리 셀과 보호회로모듈 간의 접속부가 보다 구체적으로 도시되어 있다.
도 3에는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시형태에 따른 배터리 셀과 보호회로모듈 간의 접속부가 도시되어 있다.
도 4a 및 도 4b에는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시형태에 따른 배터리 셀과 보호회로모듈 간의 접속부가 도시되어 있다.
도 5a 및 도 5b에는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시형태에 따른 배터리 셀과 보호회로모듈 간의 접속부가 도시되어 있다.

Claims (9)
- 전극 탭을 포함하는 배터리 셀; 및
상기 전극 탭과 전기적으로 연결되는 것으로, 상기 전극 탭의 조립방향에 있는 제1 면 및 그 반대되는 제2 면을 포함하는 보호회로모듈;을 포함하되,
상기 전극 탭은 상기 보호회로모듈의 제1 면으로부터 이격되어 있고,
전극 탭은 보호회로모듈의 접속 홀 상에 걸쳐지게 조립된 접속 탭 위에 안착되며,
전극 탭의 단부는 접속 홀을 관통하여 접속 탭을 둘러싸도록 절곡되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 접속 홀은 상기 보호회로모듈의 가장자리로부터 내측을 향하여 연장되되, 상기 전극 탭을 벗어난 내측 위치까지 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 접속 홀은, 상기 보호회로모듈의 제1 면과 전극 탭 사이에 이격공간을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 접속 탭은 상기 접속 홀의 깊이방향을 따라 절곡된 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 접속 탭은,
상기 접속 홀의 주변에 걸쳐진 양편의 날개부; 및
상기 양편의 날개부 사이에서 상기 접속 홀의 깊이방향을 따라 절곡된 지지부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 지지부는 상기 접속 홀의 깊이방향을 따라 상기 보호회로모듈의 제1 면으로부터 이격된 위치에 형성되고,
상기 전극 탭은 상기 지지부 상에 안착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극 탭의 절곡된 부분은 상기 보호회로모듈의 내측방향을 따라 최 내측을 형성하고,
상기 전극 탭의 절곡된 부분과 상기 보호회로모듈의 제1 면 사이에는 접속 홀에 의한 이격공간이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
