Claims (7)
- 전동 브레이크 장치로서, 상기 전동 브레이크 장치는,
전동 모터의 회전력을 전달하는 전달 기구와,
상기 전달 기구의 회전력을 추력으로 변환하는 나사 기구와,
상기 나사 기구에 의해서 추진되는 압박 부재와,
상기 압박 부재를 이동 가능하게 지지하는 캘리퍼를 가지며,
상기 나사 기구는,
상기 캘리퍼에 대하여 회전 불가능하게 지지되는 너트 부재와,
상기 전달 기구로부터의 회전력을 받는 축 부재를 구비하고,
상기 축 부재는, 상기 너트 부재에 대하여 상기 축 부재의 축 방향으로 상대 이동 가능하게 이루어지고,
상기 캘리퍼는, 상기 압박 부재의 추력에 대한 반력을 검출하기 위한 추력 검출부를 구비하고,
상기 추력 검출부는, 상기 너트 부재에 맞닿아, 상기 너트 부재로부터 전달되는 상기 반력의 크기를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 나사 기구에 있어서, 상기 축 부재가 상기 압박 부재를 추진하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 장치. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 전달 기구는 상기 캘리퍼에 지지되고,
상기 축 부재는, 상기 전달 기구에 대하여 축 방향으로 상대 이동 가능하게 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 장치. - 삭제
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 캘리퍼에는, 상기 나사 기구 및 상기 압박 부재가 배치되는, 바닥이 있는 실린더 보어가 형성되고,
상기 추력 검출부는, 상기 너트 부재와 상기 실린더 보어의 바닥부의 사이에서, 상기 축 부재의 직경 방향 바깥쪽에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 장치. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 축 부재와 상기 압박 부재의 사이에는, 상기 압박 부재를 추진할 때에 상기 축 부재에 대한 후퇴 방향으로의 회전력을 축적하는 복귀 기구가 마련되고,
상기 복귀 기구는, 상기 축 부재의 직경 방향 바깥쪽에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 장치. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 축 부재는, 상기 전동 모터의 구동을 제어하는 제어 기판이 수납되는 하우징 내에 이동 가능하게 구성되고,
상기 제어 기판에는, 상기 축 부재와의 간섭을 피하는 절결부 또는 구멍부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 장치.
