Claims (13)
- 제 1 기판;
상기 제 1 기판에 이격되어 배치되는 제 2 기판;
상기 제 1 기판 상의 제 1 투명전극;
상기 제 2 기판 상의 제 2 투명전극;
상기 제 1 투명전극과 상기 제 2 투명전극 사이의 전기변색층; 및
상기 제 1 투명전극과 상기 전기변색층 사이의 유기층을 포함하고,
상기 유기층은 정공주입층 및 전자주입층 중 선택된 어느 하나를 포함하되, 상기 선택된 어느 하나는 상기 전기변색층과 직접적으로 접하고,
상기 유기층은 상기 제 1 투명전극 및 상기 전기변색층과 직접적으로 접하고,
상기 유기층은 상기 제 1 투명전극으로부터 전달받은 전하를 상기 전기변색층으로 전달하고,
상기 전기변색층은 접착부재를 포함하는 전기변색 소자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 정공주입층은 PEDOT:PSS, PVK, TFB, α-NPD 또는 TPD를 포함하는 전기변색 소자. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 유기층은 정공수송층을 더 포함하되,
상기 정공주입층과 상기 정공수송층은 혼합되어 단일층으로 이루어지는 전기변색 소자. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 정공수송층은 2-TNATA, m-MTDATA, Ir(piq)3, Ir(piq)2(acac), 또는 rubrene을 포함하는 전기변색 소자. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전자주입층은 PEIE를 포함하는 전기변색 소자. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 유기층은 전자수송층을 더 포함하되,
상기 전자주입층과 상기 전자수송층은 홉합되어 단일층으로 이루어지는 전기변색 소자. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 전자수송층은 Alq3, TPBi, BBOT, PBD, BMD, Ir(piq)3, Ir(piq)2(acac) 또는 rubrene을 포함하는 전기변색 소자. - 삭제
