Claims (11)
- 다수의 기준라인을 통해 순차적으로 입력되는 다수의 센싱전압으로부터 다수의 샘플링전압을 출력하는 N개의 샘플링홀드회로;
상기 N개의 샘플링회로 각각과 공통으로 연결되며, 상기 다수의 샘플링전압으로부터 다수의 스케일링전압을 출력하는 하나의 스케일러; 및
상기 다수의 스케일링전압을 각각 아날로그-디지털 변환하여 다수의 센싱데이터를 출력하는 아날로그-디지털 변환기를 포함하고,
상기 N개의 샘플링홀드회로 각각에는 제1커패시터가 포함되고,
상기 제1 커패시터에는 상기 센싱전압에서 제1기준전압이 차감된 크기를 갖는 제1전압이 충전되고,
각 샘플링홀드회로의 출력 노드는 상기 제1전압에서 제2기준전압이 가산된 크기를 갖는 제2전압을 상기 샘플링전압으로 상기 하나의 스케일러로 출력하는 센싱회로. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 N개의 샘플링홀드회로 각각은,
상기 다수의 기준라인 중 소정 개수의 기준라인에 공통으로 연결된 제1커패시터;
상기 제1커패시터와 제1기준전압 사이에 배치된 제1스위치; 및
상기 제1커패시터와 제2기준전압 사이에 배치된 제2스위치를 포함하고,
상기 제1스위치 및 상기 제2스위치는 제1스위칭신호 및 제2스위칭신호에 따라 교대로 턴-온되어 상기 센싱전압으로부터 상기 샘플링전압을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센싱회로. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다수의 기준라인과 상기 N개의 샘플링홀드회로 사이에 배치된 다수의 스위치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센싱회로. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 다수의 스위치는 상기 다수의 기준라인과 동일 개수로 구성되며, 제1스위칭신호에 의해 턴-온되어 상기 센싱전압을 상기 N개의 샘플링홀드회로로 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센싱회로. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스케일러는,
상기 N개의 샘플링홀드회로와 공통으로 연결된 제1입력단, 제2기준전압과 연결된 제2입력단 및 출력단으로 구성된 OPAMP;
상기 OPAMP의 상기 제1입력단과 상기 출력단 사이에 연결된 제2커패시터; 및
상기 OPAMP의 상기 제1입력단과 상기 출력단 사이에 상기 제2커패시터와 병렬로 연결된 스위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센싱회로. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제2커패시터에는 상기 제1커패시터에 충전된 전압에서 상기 제1커패시터와 상기 제2커패시터의 크기 비율에 따른 전압이 충전되며,
상기 스케일링전압은 상기 제2기준전압에서 상기 제2커패시터에 충전된 전압이 차감된 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 센싱회로. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 스위치는 제1스위칭신호에 따라 턴-온되어 상기 제2커패시터를 초기화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 센싱회로. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스케일러는 전류적분기로 동작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센싱회로. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 N개의 샘플링홀드회로와 상기 스케일러 사이에 배치된 다수의 스위치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센싱회로. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 다수의 스위치는 상기 N개의 샘플링홀드회로와 동일 개수로 구성되며, 제3스위칭신호에 따라 순차적으로 턴-온되어 상기 샘플링전압을 상기 스케일러로 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센싱회로. - 유기발광소자가 구비된 다수의 화소 및 상기 다수의 화소 각각에 연결된 다수의 기준라인이 구비된 표시패널;
상기 다수의 기준라인을 통해 제공된 센싱전압으로부터 센싱데이터를 출력하는 센싱회로가 구비된 데이터구동부; 및
상기 센싱데이터에 따라 영상데이터로부터 보상영상데이터를 생성하고, 상기 보상영상데이터를 상기 데이터구동부를 통해 상기 표시패널로 출력하는 타이밍제어부를 포함하고,
상기 센싱회로는,
상기 다수의 기준라인을 통해 순차적으로 입력되는 다수의 센싱전압으로부터 다수의 샘플링전압을 출력하는 N개의 샘플링홀드회로;
상기 N개의 샘플링회로 각각과 공통으로 연결되며, 상기 다수의 샘플링전압으로부터 다수의 스케일링전압을 출력하는 하나의 스케일러; 및
상기 다수의 스케일링전압을 각각 아날로그-디지털 변환하여 다수의 센싱데이터를 출력하는 아날로그-디지털 변환기를 포함하고,
상기 N개의 샘플링홀드회로 각각에는 제1커패시터가 포함되고,
상기 제1 커패시터에는 상기 센싱전압에서 제1기준전압이 차감된 크기를 갖는 제1전압이 충전되고,
각 샘플링홀드회로의 출력 노드는 상기 제1전압에서 제2기준전압이 가산된 크기를 갖는 제2전압을 상기 샘플링전압으로 상기 하나의 스케일러로 출력하는 유기발광표시장치.
