Claims (14)
- 입력되는 적어도 2개의 기준 신호에 의거하여, 톱니파형의 전압 변화를 갖는 톱니파형 전압을 생성하는 톱니파형 생성부와,
아날로그의 신호 전압과 톱니파형 전압을 비교하는 비교부를 구비하고,
비교부의 비교 결과에 의거하여 발광 소자를 구동하며,
상기 적어도 2개의 기준 신호는, 톱니파형 전압보다도 완만하게 전압이 변화하는 톱니파형의 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자 구동 회로. - 제1항에 있어서,
적어도 2개의 기준 신호는, 톱니파형 전압보다도 주파수가 낮은 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자 구동 회로. - 제1항에 있어서,
적어도 2개의 기준 신호는, 주파수가 동일한 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자 구동 회로. - 제1항에 있어서,
2개의 기준 신호는, 시간축 방향에서 파형이 반전한 상사형의 신호이고, 파형의 일부가 오버랩하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자 구동 회로. - 제4항에 있어서,
톱니파형 생성부는, 2개의 기준 신호의 오버랩하고 있는 가파른 파형 부분에 의거하여 톱니파형 전압을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자 구동 회로. - 제5항에 있어서,
톱니파형 생성부는,
2개의 기준 신호의 차분을 취한` 차동 회로와,
차동 회로의 일방의 출력 신호와 동상의 신호에 의거하여 2개의 기준 신호 중 어느 하나의 파형 부분을 절취하고, 차동 회로의 일방의 출력 신호와 역상의 신호에 의거하여 2개의 기준 신호 중 다른 하나의 파형 부분을 절취하는 절취부를 가지며,
절취부에 의해 절취한 2개의 파형 부분을 합성하여 톱니파형 전압으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자 구동 회로. - 제6항에 있어서,
절취부는, 2개의 기준 신호의 가파른 파형 부분을 절취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자 구동 회로. - 발광부, 및, 발광부를 구동하는 구동 회로로 구성된 복수의 화소가 2차원 매트릭스 형상으로 배치되어 이루어지고,
구동 회로는,
입력되는 적어도 2개의 기준 신호에 의거하여, 톱니파형의 전압 변화를 갖는 톱니파형 전압을 생성하는 톱니파형 생성부와,
아날로그의 신호 전압과 톱니파형 전압을 비교하는 비교부를 구비하고,
비교부의 비교 결과에 의거하여 발광부를 구동하며,
상기 적어도 2개의 기준 신호는, 톱니파형 전압보다도 완만하게 전압이 변화하는 톱니파형의 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
톱니파형 전압을 생성할 때에 2개의 기준 신호 중 어느 한쪽을 입력하는 제1의 입력 단자, 및,
아날로그의 신호 전압을 기록할 때에 소정의 전압을 입력하고, 톱니파형 전압을 생성할 때에 2개의 기준 신호 중 다른 한쪽을 입력하는 제2의 입력 단자를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
소정의 전압은, 발광부의 발광시에 이용되지 않는 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
구동 회로는, 발광부에 정전류를 흘리는 정전류원부를 가지며,
소정의 전압은, 정전류원부에서 정전류를 정하기 위해 사용되는 기준 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
발광부는 발광 다이오드로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 입력되는 적어도 2개의 기준 신호에 의거하여, 톱니파형의 전압 변화를 갖는 톱니파형 전압을 생성하는 톱니파형 생성부와,
아날로그의 신호 전압과 톱니파형 전압을 비교하는 비교부를 구비하고,
비교부의 비교 결과에 의거하여 디지털 신호를 생성하며,
상기 적어도 2개의 기준 신호는, 톱니파형 전압보다도 완만하게 전압이 변화하는 톱니파형의 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 A/D 변환 회로. - 삭제
