Claims (14)
- 접힐 수 있는 유리 기판;
상기 접힐 수 있는 유리 기판의 전면에 코팅하여 형성되는 제1 폴리이미드계 비산방지층; 상기 제1 폴리이미드계 비산방지층 상에 코팅하여 형성되는 에폭시계 하드코팅층; 및
상기 유리 기판의 후면에 코팅하여 형성된 제2 폴리이미드계 비산방지층;을 포함하는 플렉서블 디스플레이패널 윈도우용 유리기판 적층체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 폴리이미드계 비산방지층은 불소계 방향족 디아민 단위 및 방향족 이무수물 단위를 포함하는 폴리이미드계 수지로 형성되는 것인 플렉서블 디스플레이패널 윈도우용 유리기판 적층체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시계 하드코팅층은 에폭시계 실란 수지를 포함하여 형성된 것인 플렉서블 디스플레이패널 윈도우용 유리기판 적층체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 접힐 수 있는 유리 기판은 두께가 1 내지 100 ㎛ 인 플렉서블 디스플레이패널 윈도우용 유리기판 적층체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 폴리이미드계 비산방지층은 두께가 1 내지 10 ㎛ 인 플렉서블 디스플레이패널 윈도우용 유리기판 적층체. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 제1 폴리이미드계 비산방지층의 두께가 및 제2 폴리이미드계 비산방지층의 두께보다 얇거나 같은 것인 플렉서블 디스플레이패널 윈도우용 유리기판 적층체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시계 하드 코팅층은 두께가 500 ㎚ 내지 30 ㎛ 인 플렉서블 디스플레이패널 윈도우용 유리기판 적층체. - 제1항에 있어서
ASTM D3363에 따른 연필 경도가 4H 이상인 플렉서블 디스플레이패널 윈도우용 유리기판 적층체. - 제1항에 있어서
펜 드롭 테스트(PEN DROP TEST)에 의한 내충격성이 5 cm 이상인 플렉서블 디스플레이패널 윈도우용 유리기판 적층체. - 제1항에 있어서
휨 특성이 ± 0.4 ㎜ 이내 의 값을 가지는 것인 플렉서블 디스플레이패널 윈도우용 유리기판 적층체.
(상기 휨 특성은 가로 180 ㎜ × 세로 76㎜, 두께 40 ㎛ 유리기판 상에 상기 제1 및 제2 폴리이미드계 비산방지층과 하드코팅층을 도포 및 경화한 직후, 상온에서의 기판의 휨 정도를 측정한 것으로, 이 때, 제진대 방향으로 기판이 휘어 유리기판 중심(center)이 air층으로 휘어져 있을 경우, 부(응력)의 값(㎜)으로 나타내었고, 반대로 제진대 상에서 유리기판 양쪽 끝(모서리)이 air층 방향으로 휘어져 있을 경우, 양(장력)의 값(㎜)으로 나타내었다.) - 접힐 수 있는 유리기판의 전면에 비산방지 조성물을 도포하고, 경화하여, 제1 폴리이미드계 비산방지층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 접힐 수 있는 유리기판의 후면에 상기 비산방지 조성물을 도포하고, 경화하여, 제2 폴리이미드계 비산방지층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 제1 폴리이미드계 비산방지층 상에 하드코팅 조성물을 도포하고, 경화하여 에폭시계 하드코팅층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 플렉서블 디스플레이패널 윈도우용 유리기판 적층체 제조방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 비산방지 조성물은 불소계 방향족 디아민, 방향족 이무수물을 포함하는 것인 플렉서블 디스플레이패널 윈도우용 유리기판 적층체 제조방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 하드코팅 조성물은 에폭시계 실란 수지 및 가교제를 포함하는 것인 플렉서블 디스플레이패널 윈도우용 유리기판 적층체 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 플렉서블 디스플레이패널 윈도우용 유리기판 적층체를 포함하는 플렉서블 디스플레이 패널.
