상기 부가용 실리콘층은
[실록산과 실리콘, 다이-메틸, 비닐기-터미네이티드](Siloxanes and Silicones, di-Me, vinyl group-terminated) 100 중량부; 실리콘 다이옥사이드(Silicon dioxide) 1 내지 50 중량부; 및 [실록산과 실리콘, 다이-메틸, 메틸 수소](Siloxanes and Silicones, di-Me, Me hydrogen) 1 내지 30 중량부;를 포함하는 제2코팅액을 도포 후 중합하여 형성하고,
상기 점착용 실리콘층은
[실록산과 실리콘, 다이-메틸, 비닐기-터미네이티드](Siloxanes and Silicones, di-Me, vinyl group-terminated) 100 중량부; 실리콘 다이옥사이드(Silicon dioxide) 1 내지 50 중량부; 및 [실록산과 실리콘, 다이-메틸, 메틸 수소](Siloxanes and Silicones, di-Me, Me hydrogen) 1 내지 30 중량부;를 포함하는 제3코팅액을 도포 후 중합하여 형성하며,
상기 제1코팅액 내지 제3코팅액 중 어느 하나 이상은 촉매 0.001 내지 0.1 중량부;를 더 포함하며,
상기 촉매는 백금, 실리콘백금, 클로로백금산, 알코올-변성 클로로백금산, 클로로백금산-올레핀 착물, 클로로백금산-알케닐실록산 착물 및 클로로백금산-디비닐테트라메틸디실록산 착물 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 돌출형 스위치 커버용 다층복합재.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 백크로스층은 폴리우레탄계 원사 외에, 폴리에스터, 나일론, 아크릴, 코튼, 울, 레이온 또는 폴리아미드 소재의 원사를 혼합하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 돌출형 스위치 커버용 다층복합재.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 백크로스층은 폴리우레탄계 원사와 폴리에스터 원사를 혼합하여 제조하며, 상기 폴리우레탄계 원사와 상기 폴리에스터 원사의 중량비는 95:5 ~ 60:40인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 돌출형 스위치 커버용 다층복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 백크로스층은 더블 니트 메쉬 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 돌출형 스위치 커버용 다층복합재.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 백크로스층을 이루는 원사의 굵기는 10 내지 80 D(denier)인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 돌출형 스위치 커버용 다층복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스킨층은 0.1 내지 1.0 mm이고,
상기 백크로스층은 0.2 내지 0.8 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 돌출형 스위치 커버용 다층복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 슬립용 실리콘층은 착색제인 무기안료를 더 포함하며,
상기 슬립용 실리콘층 전체 중량 기준으로 상기 무기안료를 0.2 내지 10 중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 돌출형 스위치 커버용 다층복합재.
- 제1항에 따른 가변 돌출형 스위치 커버용 다층복합재의 제조방법에 있어서,
(a) 슬립용 엠보싱이 형성된 이형지 상에 제1코팅액을 도포하여 슬립용 실리콘층을 형성하는 단계;
(b) 상기 슬립용 실리콘층 상에 제2코팅액을 도포하여 부가용 실리콘층을 형성하는 단계;
(c) 상기 부가용 실리콘층 상에 제3코팅액을 도포하여 점착용 실리콘층을 형성하는 단계; 및
(d) 상기 점착용 실리콘층에 폴리우레탄계 탄성섬유를 포함하는 백크로스층을 합포하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 제1코팅액은 [실록산과 실리콘, 다이-메틸, 비닐기-터미네이티드](Siloxanes and Silicones, di-Me, vinyl group-terminated) 100 중량부; 에틸렌 호모 중합체 10 내지 50 중량부; 및 [실록산과 실리콘, 다이-메틸, 메틸 수소](Siloxanes and Silicones, di-Me, Me hydrogen) 1 내지 30 중량부;를 포함하고,
상기 제2코팅액은 [실록산과 실리콘, 다이-메틸, 비닐기-터미네이티드](Siloxanes and Silicones, di-Me, vinyl group-terminated) 100 중량부; 실리콘 다이옥사이드(Silicon dioxide) 1 내지 50 중량부; 및 [실록산과 실리콘, 다이-메틸, 메틸 수소](Siloxanes and Silicones, di-Me, Me hydrogen) 1 내지 30 중량부;를 포함하며,
상기 제3코팅액은 [실록산과 실리콘, 다이-메틸, 비닐기-터미네이티드](Siloxanes and Silicones, di-Me, vinyl group-terminated) 100 중량부; 실리콘 다이옥사이드(Silicon dioxide) 1 내지 50 중량부; 및 [실록산과 실리콘, 다이-메틸, 메틸 수소](Siloxanes and Silicones, di-Me, Me hydrogen) 1 내지 30 중량부;를 포함하며,
상기 제1코팅액 내지 제3코팅액 중 어느 하나 이상은 촉매 0.001 내지 0.1중량부;를 더 포함하며,
상기 촉매는 백금, 실리콘백금, 클로로백금산, 알코올-변성 클로로백금산, 클로로백금산-올레핀 착물, 클로로백금산-알케닐실록산 착물 및 클로로백금산-디비닐테트라메틸디실록산 착물 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 돌출형 스위치 커버용 다층복합재의 제조방법.

상기 (a) 단계 내지 (c) 단계는 도포 후 100~160℃의 온도를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 돌출형 스위치 커버용 다층복합재의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
(e) 슬립용 실리콘층에 부착된 상기 이형지를 제거하고 보호필름을 부착하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 돌출형 스위치 커버용 다층복합재의 제조방법.
