Abstract
Description
도 2(a)는 본 발명의 한 구체예에 따른 알루미늄계 도금 블랭크 제조 과정을 나타낸 것이며, 도 2(b)는 본 발명의 다른 구체예에 따른 알루미늄계 도금 블랭크 제조 과정을 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 레이저 빔을 조사하여 알루미늄계 도금 강판을 접합하는 과정에서, 도금층 성분이 베이스 강판 성분에 충분히 희석되지 못하는 영역을 모식적으로 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 한 구체예에 따른 알루미늄계 블랭크의 제조장치를 나타낸 것이다.
도 5(a)는 종래 방법으로 제조된 알루미늄계 블랭크의 단면을 나타낸 것이며, 도 5(b)는 실시예 1의 알루미늄계 블랭크의 단면을 나타낸 광학현미경 사진이다.
도 6(a)는 실시예 7의 알루미늄계 블랭크의 핫스탬핑 성형 후 부위별 경도 변화를 나타낸 그래프이며, 도 6(b)는 비교예 5의 알루미늄계 블랭크의 핫스탬핑 성형 후 부위별 경도 변화를 나타낸 그래프이다.

- 2 이상의 알루미늄계 도금강판 중 하나의 도금강판의 가장자리와 다른 하나의 도금강판의 가장자리를 서로 마주보도록 배치하는 강판 정렬 단계; 및
상기 알루미늄계 도금강판이 서로 마주보는 부위에 필러 와이어가 제공되고, 레이저 헤드에서 레이저 빔을 조사하여, 상기 알루미늄계 도금강판의 서로 마주보는 부위 및 필러 와이어를 용융하여 이음부를 형성하는 강판 접합 단계;를 포함하는 알루미늄계 도금 블랭크 제조방법이며,
상기 강판 접합시, 상기 이음부의 형성 방향을 기준으로 45° 이상 90° 미만의 패턴 각도를 이루도록 레이저 빔을 조사하여 접합되며,
상기 레이저 빔은 주파수 100~1500Hz, 파워 1~20kW이며, 상기 이음부의 형성 속도는 15~120mm/sec 이고, 상기 레이저 빔 반경은 0.1~1.0mm이며,
상기 레이저 빔의 주파수, 상기 레이저 빔 반경 및 상기 이음부 형성 속도는 하기 식 1의 관계를 만족하고,
상기 알루미늄계 도금강판은 탄소(C) 0.01~0.5 중량%, 실리콘(Si) 0.01~1.0 중량%, 망간(Mn) 0.5~3.0 중량%, 인(P) 0 초과 0.05 중량% 이하, 황(S) 0 초과 0.01 중량% 이하, 알루미늄(Al) 0 초과 0.1 중량% 이하, 질소(N) 0 초과 0.001 중량% 이하, 잔부의 철(Fe) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 베이스 강판; 및 상기 베이스 강판의 적어도 일면에 20~100g/m2의 부착량으로 형성되며, 알루미늄(Al)을 포함하는 도금층;을 포함하는 알루미늄계 도금 블랭크 제조방법:

(상기 식 1에서, 상기 α는 0.7이고, 상기 f는 상기 레이저 빔의 주파수(Hz), 상기 r은 알루미늄계 도금강판의 표면에서 측정한 상기 레이저 빔의 반경(mm) 및 상기 v는 상기 이음부의 형성 속도(mm/sec)이다).
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄계 도금 블랭크를 Ac3 이상으로 가열하여 프레스 성형을 하고, 300℃ 이하까지 10~500℃/s의 냉각속도로 냉각하여 핫스탬핑 성형한 경우,
상기 이음부의 평균 경도는, 상기 베이스 강판의 평균 경도 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄계 도금 블랭크 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 필러 와이어는 오스테나이트 안정화 원소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄계 도금 블랭크 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 패턴은 상기 레이저 빔이 조사시, 상기 도금강판 및 레이저 헤드 중 하나 이상이 운동하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄계 도금 블랭크 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 이음부의 알루미늄 편석의 면적 분율은 5% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄계 도금 블랭크 제조방법.
- 2 이상의 알루미늄계 도금강판이 서로 연결된 이음부를 포함하는 알루미늄계 도금 블랭크의 제조장치에 있어서,
레이저 광원을 생성하는 레이저 발진부;
2 이상의 알루미늄계 도금강판이 배치되되, 하나의 도금강판의 가장자리와 다른 하나의 도금강판의 가장자리를 서로 마주보도록 배치되는 강판 로딩부;
상기 도금강판의 이음부를 형성하기 위한 필러 와이어를 공급하는 와이어 공급부; 및
상기 레이저 발진부로부터 공급된 레이저 광원을 이용하여 상기 알루미늄계 도금강판의 서로 마주보는 부위 및 상기 공급된 필러 와이어에 레이저 빔을 조사하는 레이저 헤드;를 포함하며,
상기 강판 접합시, 상기 이음부의 형성 방향을 45° 이상 90° 미만의 패턴 각도를 이루도록 레이저 빔을 조사하여 접합되며,
