- 일측에서 타측으로 갈수록 내경이 축경되도록 구비되며 일단에 형성된 유입구를 통해 액체를 유입받는 유입부, 일측에서 타측으로 갈수록 적어도 일부의 내경이 확경되며 타단에서 형성된 배출구를 통해 미세기포를 배출하는 배출부 및 상기 유입부와 배출부 사이에서 연장되며 제1흡입구를 통해 기체를 유입받아 기포를 생성하는 기포생성부를 포함하며,
상기 배출부 또는 유입부는 일면에 형성된 제2흡입구를 통해 미세기포의 형성을 보조하는 유체를 추가로 유입받되, 상기 유입구를 통해 유입된 액체가 배출구로 이동하면서 벤츄리 효과에 의해 상기 제1흡입구를 통해 기체를 유입받고 상기 제2흡입구를 통해 유체를 유입받는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세기포 생성장치. - 제8항에 있어서, 상기 기포생성부는 내부를 흐르는 액체와 유입받은 기체의 혼합을 통해 기포를 생성하고, 상기 제2흡입구를 통해 산화제가 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세기포 생성장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2흡입구를 통해 유입되는 산화제는 액체상인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세기포 생성장치.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기포생성부는 일측에 형성되는 제1흡입구를 통해 기체공급관과 연결되어 내부로 기체를 유입받는 외경부, 상기 외경부 내부에서 외경부와 이격된 채 형성되며 내부에 액체가 흐르도록 연장되는 내경부를 포함하며,
상기 내경부는 내경부의 주변을 따라 내경부의 내외측을 관통하는 복수개의 흡입공을 포함하여 상기 흡입공을 통해 외경부와 내경부 사이의 기체가 내경부 내로 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세기포 생성장치. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 흡입공은 흡입공으로부터 상기 내경부의 중심까지의 직선과 소정의 각도를 이루면서 사선으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세기포 생성장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 내경부는 적어도 일부의 흡입공이 형성된 내주면에 내경부의 축 방향으로 함입연장되는 내측홈을 더 포함하고,
상기 내측홈은 유입부 측에서 내측홈이 함입되도록 내경부의 외측으로 경사져 형성되는 전방경사와 배출부 측에서 내경부의 내측으로 경사져 형성되는 후방경사를 포함하고, 상기 흡입공은 내측홈의 유입부 측에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세기포 생성장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 전방경사는 내경부의 내주면과 90도 초과 180도 미만의 각도를 이루고, 상기 후방경사는 내경부의 내주면과 90도 초과 180도 미만의 각도를 이루면서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세기포 생성장치.
