도 2는 본 발명에 의한 시추용 비트를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 의한 시추용 절삭팁의 제조과정을 설명하기 위한 분해사시도이다.

Claims (14)
- 구동장치에 연결되어 회전하는 샹크 및 상기 샹크에 접합되고 복수개의 층 및 복수개의 연마입자로 이루어진 절삭팁을 포함하고,
상기 복수개의 층은 각각 내면에서 외면으로 갈수록 면적이 넓어지는 부채꼴 아치 형상으로 평탄한 면을 이루고, 절삭을 일으키는 상기 절삭팁의 절삭면에 대하여 수평하게 적층되고 상기 절삭면은 절삭방향에 수직하며, 인접하는 상기 층 사이의 연마입자간의 거리(D2)는 각각의 상기 층에서의 연마입자간의 거리(D1)보다 작고,
상기 층 사이의 법선거리인 층간간격(S)은 연마입자 입자크기(F)와 같거나 작고, 상기 층간간격(S)은 상기 층에서의 연마입자간의 거리(D1)의 (2/3)에 대한 제곱근보다 작은 (S/D1)<(2/3)1/2의 관계를 만족하며, 상기 층간간격(S)은 연마입자 입자크기(F)/2보다 커서 이웃하는 층에서 법선 상에 존재하는 연마입자 간의 접촉이 일어나지 않고, 상기 연마입자는 마모에 의해 노출되더라도 연속적으로 분포하는 집중도의 범위 내에 있고, 상기 집중도는 노출된 연마입자의 분포를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 시추용 비트. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 층에서의 연마입자의 거리(D1)는 천공지그의 관통홀 사이의 거리에 의해 결정되며, 상기 거리(D1)은 상기 연마입자의 평균 입자크기(F)의 1.5~2.5배의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시추용 비트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절삭팁에 의한 절삭면은 절삭과정에서 라운딩되어 노출되고, 인접하는 상기 층 사이의 상기 연마입자간의 거리(D2)는 상기 층에서의 연마입자간의 거리(D1)보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 시추용 비트.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 집중도(N)는 40con(concentration)보다 크고 80con보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 시추용 비트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연마입자의 사이의 공간은 모세관 현상으로 채워진 금속바인더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시추용 비트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절삭팁의 각각에는 상기 층간간격(S) 범위 내의 높이차를 가진 백킹층이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시추용 비트.
- 인접하는 층 사이의 연마입자간의 거리(D2)가 각각의 층에서의 연마입자간의 거리(D1)보다 작은 상기 연마입자를 배열하기 위하여, 금속분말을 도포한 후 상기 연마입자 입자크기(F)보다 큰 관통홀을 포함하고 내면에서 외면으로 갈수록 면적이 넓어지는 부채꼴 아치 형상을 구현할 수 있으며, 평탄한 면을 이루고, 상기 거리(D1)을 정의하는 천공지그에 상기 연마입자를 투입하는 단계;
상기 천공지그에 의해 상기 연마입자가 배열된 복수개의 층을 수평하게 적층하여 성형체를 형성하는 단계;
상기 성형체를 샹크의 절삭팁 삽입홈에 안착시키는 단계;
상기 샹크의 주변에 금속바인더를 배치시킨 후 가열을 통한 용침으로 절삭팁을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 절삭팁 및 상기 샹크를 일체로 용침하여 시추용 비트를 완성하는 단계를 포함하고,
절삭을 일으키는 상기 절삭팁의 절삭면에 대하여 수평하게 적층되고 상기 절삭면은 절삭방향에 수직하고,
상기 층 사이의 법선거리인 층간간격(S)은 연마입자 입자크기(F)와 같거나 작고, 상기 층간간격(S)은 상기 층에서의 연마입자간의 거리(D1)의 (2/3)에 대한 제곱근인 (2/3)1/2보다 작은 (S/D1)<(2/3)1/2의 관계를 만족하며, 상기 층간간격(S)은 연마입자 입자크기(F)/2보다 커서 이웃하는 층에서 법선 상에 존재하는 연마입자 간의 접촉이 일어나지 않고, 상기 연마입자는 마모되더라도 연속적으로 분포하는 집중도의 범위 내에 있고, 상기 집중도는 노출된 연마입자의 분포를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 시추용 비트의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 성형체를 형성하는 단계에서, 상기 성형체 각각에 높이차가 있는 백킹층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시추용 비트의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 절삭팁에 의한 절삭면은 절삭과정에서 라운딩되어 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시추용 비트의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 집중도(N)는 40con(concentration)보다 크고 80con보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 시추용 비트의 제조방법.
