Claims (12)
- 유화제 존재 하에서, 탄소수 1 내지 14의 알킬기를 포함하는 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르계 단량체와 함께, 비닐 에스테르계 단량체, 스티렌계 단량체, (메트)아크릴산계 단량체, 및 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 단량체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 2종 이상의 공단량체를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물을 유화 중합시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 단량체 혼합물 중 (메트)아크릴산계 단량체는 0.1 중량% 내지 2.5 중량%로 포함되고, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 단량체는 0.1 중량% 내지 0.3 중량%로 포함되며,
상기 유화제로는, 탄소수 1 내지 14의 알킬기를 포함하는 소듐 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬 에테르 설페이트계 화합물인 제1 유화제와 함께, 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기를 포함하는 디아릴 옥사이드 디설포네이트계 화합물, 탄소수 1 내지 14의 알킬기를 포함하는 디알킬 소듐 설포숙시네이트계 화합물, 및 탄소수 1 내지 14의 알킬기를 포함하는 소듐 알킬 설페이트계 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 제2 유화제를 사용하며, 단, 상기 제2 유화제는 상기 디아릴 옥사이드 디설포네이트계 화합물 또는 상기 소듐 알킬 설페이트계 화합물 중 1종 이상을 포함하고,
상기 유화제는 상기 단량체 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여 0.5 중량부 내지 1.6 중량부로 사용하고, 상기 제1 유화제의 중량을 기준으로 제2 유화제는 0.3 내지 0.6의 중량비로 사용하는,
의류용 수성 점착제 조성물의 제조 방법:

상기 화학식 1에서,
R1 및 R2는 서로 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 독립적으로 수소, 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기이고,
A는 -CH2-O-, -(C=O)-0-, 또는 -(C=O)-NR3-이고,
X는 단일 결합이거나 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬렌기이며, 상기 알킬렌기의 수소 중 하나 이상이 히드록시기로 치환된 것이고, Y는 단일결합이거나 산소 원자, 또는 -NR4-이고, Z는 단일 결합이거나 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬렌기이거나, 또는 상기 X 및 Y가 하나의 단일 결합이거나, X, Y, 및 Z가 하나의 단일 결합이고
R3는 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기이고,
R4는 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단량체 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 제1 유화제는 0.5 중량부 내지 1.1 중량부로 사용하고, 상기 제2 유화제는 0.2 중량부 내지 0.6 중량부로 사용하는,
의류용 수성 점착제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유화제로는, 상기 단량체 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여,
상기 소듐 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬 에테르 설페이트계 화합물 0.8 중량부 내지 1.1 중량부와 상기 디아릴 옥사이드 디설포네이트계 화합물 0.1 중량부 내지 0.25 중량부, 상기 디알킬 소듐 설포숙시네이트계 화합물 0.2 중량부 내지 0.35 중량부;
상기 소듐 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬 에테르 설페이트계 화합물 0.8 중량부 내지 1.1 중량부와 상기 디아릴 옥사이드 디설포네이트계 화합물 0.4 중량부 내지 0.6 중량부; 또는
상기 소듐 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬 에테르 설페이트계 화합물 0.5 중량부 내지 0.8 중량부와 상기 소듐 알킬 설페이트계 화합물 0.2 중량부 내지 0.4 중량부;
를 사용하는,
의류용 수성 점착제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 단량체는 메타크릴아미도에틸 에틸렌우레아, 메타크릴레이트 에스테르 에틸렌우레아, 알릴 에테르 에틸렌우레아, 및 N-(2-(2-옥소이미다졸리딘-1일)에틸)(4-알릴에테르)(3-하이드록시)부틸아민으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인,
의류용 수성 점착제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공단량체는, 상기 단량체 혼합물을 기준으로 0.2 중량% 내지 45 중량%로 포함되는,
의류용 수성 점착제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단량체 혼합물은, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트 45 중량% 내지 70 중량%, 부틸아크릴레이트 0 내지 40 중량%, 메틸메타아크릴레이트 0 내지 25 중량%, 비닐아세테이트 0 내지 40 중량%, 스티렌 0 내지 10 중량%, 아크릴산 0.1 중량% 내지 2.5 중량%, 및 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 단량체 0.1 중량% 내지 0.3 중량%를 포함하는,
의류용 수성 점착제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단량체 혼합물은, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트 45 중량% 내지 70 중량%, 비닐아세테이트 0 내지 40 중량%, 아크릴산 0.1 중량% 내지 2.5 중량%, 및 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 단량체 0.1 중량% 내지 0.3 중량%를 포함하고,
상기 유화제로는, 상기 단량체 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여, 소듐 폴리옥시에틸렌 라우릴 에테르 설페이트 0.8 중량부 내지 1.1 중량부와 디페닐 옥사이드 디설포네이트 0.1 중량부 내지 0.25 중량부, 디옥틸 소듐 설포숙시네이트 0.2 중량부 내지 0.35 중량부; 또는 소듐 폴리옥시에틸렌 라우릴 에테르 설페이트 0.8 중량부 내지 1.1 중량부와 디페닐 옥사이드 디설포네이트 0.4 중량부 내지 0.6 중량부;를 사용하는,

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단량체 혼합물은, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트 45 중량% 내지 70 중량%, 부틸아크릴레이트 0 내지 40 중량%, 메틸메타아크릴레이트 0 내지 25 중량%, 스티렌 0.5 중량% 내지 10 중량%, 아크릴산 0.1 중량% 내지 2.5 중량%, 및 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 단량체 0.1 중량% 내지 0.3 중량%를 포함하고,
상기 유화제로는, 상기 단량체 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여, 소듐 폴리옥시에틸렌 라우릴 에테르 설페이트 0.5 중량부 내지 0.8 중량부와 소듐 라우릴 설페이트 0.2 중량부 내지 0.4 중량부를 사용하는,
의류용 수성 점착제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단량체 혼합물은, 내부가교제, 중합개시제, 외부가교제, 완충제, 습윤제, 중화제, 중합종결제, 및 점착부여제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 추가로 포함하는,
의류용 수성 점착제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유화 중합은 70 oC 내지 90 oC의 온도에서 3 시간 내지 8 시간 동안 교반하여 수행하는,
의류용 수성 점착제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조되는 조성물을 포함하는, 의류용 수성 아크릴계 점착제.
- 제11항에 있어서,
온도 50 oC, 상대 습도 90%의 조건 하에서 24 시간 이상 경과한 후에 측정한, 노화 박리 강도는 5.7 N/inch 이하이고, 노화 잔사율은 20% 이하인,
의류용 수성 아크릴계 점착제.
