Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 금속-유기프레임워크 화합물의 결정 구조이다. 각각 물분자를 포함하는 [Cu2(Glu)2(bpy)] (a), [Cu2(Glu)2(bpa)] (b), [Cu2(Glu)2(bpe)] (c), 및 [Cu2(Glu)2(bpp)] (d) 를 도시하고 있다.
도 3에 금속-유기프레임워크 화합물 포함 하이드로겔 형성 반응의 모식도를 나타내었다.
도 4에 대장균에 대한 대조편((a)) 및 Cu-Glu-Bpe/하이드로겔((b))의 항균효과 결과를 도시하였다.
도 5에 황색포도상구균에 대한 대조편((a)) 및 Cu-Glu-Bpe/하이드로겔((b))의 항균효과 결과를 도시하였다.
도 6에 대장균에 대한 대조편((a)) 및 Co-Glu-Bpe/하이드로겔((b))의 항균효과 결과를 도시하였다.

Claims (10)
- 하기 화학식 1의 금속-유기프레임워크 화합물 및 하이드로겔을 포함하는 항균 하이드로겔로, 상기 금속-유기프레임워크 화합물을 항균 하이드로겔 총 중량 대비 0.001 내지 5중량% 포함하는 항균 하이드로겔

상기 식에서 M은 Cu 또는 Co이고,
L1은 하기 화학식 2의 기로

-OOC-R-COO-
상기 식에서 R은 단일결합이나 이중결합을 가질 수 있는 탄소수 1~7의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 탄화수소기이고,
L2는 하기 화학식 3의 화합물로
[화학식 3]
상기 식에서
A는 이중결합을 가지는 탄소수 2~7의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 탄화수소기이고,
x는 1 내지 10의 수이고,
상기 하이드로겔은 말단에 SH기를 갖는 고분자와 말단에 이중결합 포함 작용기를 갖는 고분자와의 가교반응에 의해 생성되고 중합도는 100~10,000이고,
상기 고분자는 폴리에틸렌글리콜이다. - 삭제
