Claims (9)
- a) 설폰산 모노머 또는 그의 염의 구조단위로 관능화된 수용성 폴리머의 수용액; b) 포스포러스산 모노머 또는 그의 염의 구조단위로 관능화된 폴리머 입자의 안정한 수성 분산물; 및 c) TiO2를 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하고;
여기서 설폰산 관능화 폴리머의 중량 퍼센트는 설폰산 관능화 및 포스포러스산 관능화 폴리머 입자의 중량에 기초해 0.1 내지 10%이고;
포스포러스산 관능화 폴리머 입자의 중량 퍼센트는 설폰산 관능화 및 포스포러스산 관능화 폴리머 입자, 및 TiO2의 중량에 기초해 20 내지 80%이며;
TiO2의 중량 퍼센트는 설폰산 관능화 폴리머, 포스포러스산 관능화 폴리머 입자, 및 TiO2의 중량에 기초해 20 내지 80%이고;
포스포러스산 모노머 또는 그의 염의 구조단위의 중량 퍼센트는 포스포러스산 관능화 폴리머 입자의 중량에 기초해 0.1 내지 5 중량 퍼센트인,
코팅 조성물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
포스포러스산 관능화 폴리머 입자의 안정한 수성 분산물이 아크릴계, 스티렌-아크릴계, 또는 비닐 에스테르-아크릴계 라텍스 결합제이고;
설폰산 관능화 폴리머의 중량 퍼센트는 설폰산 관능화 폴리머 및 포스포러스산 관능화 폴리머 입자의 중량에 기초해 0.4 내지 8 중량 퍼센트이며;
설폰산 관능화 폴리머 또는 그의 염은 2-아크릴아미도-2-메틸프로판 설폰산, 비닐 설폰산, 2-설포에틸 아크릴레이트, 2-설포에틸 메타크릴레이트, 3-설포프로필 아크릴레이트, 3-설포프로필 메타크릴레이트, 소듐 스티렌 설포네이트, 및 2-프로펜-1-설폰산, 및 그의 염으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 설폰산 모노머의 구조단위로 관능화된 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
설폰산 모노머 또는 그의 염이 2-아크릴아미도-2-메틸프로판 설폰산 또는 그의 염이고, 포스포러스산 관능화 폴리머 입자는 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트, 우레이도 메타크릴레이트, 스티렌, 비닐 아세테이트, 및 비닐 베르사테이트로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 모노머의 구조단위를 추가로 포함하며;
포스포러스산 모노머 또는 그의 염의 구조단위의 중량 퍼센트는 포스포러스산 관능화 폴리머 입자의 중량에 기초해 0.2 내지 4 중량 퍼센트이고;
설폰산 관능화 폴리머의 중량 퍼센트는 설폰산 관능화 폴리머 및 포스포러스산 관능화 폴리머 입자의 중량에 기초해 0.4 내지 4 중량 퍼센트인 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 설폰산 관능화 폴리머가 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트, 디알킬아미노알킬 아크릴레이트, 및 디알킬아미노알킬 메타크릴레이트로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 다른 모노머의 구조단위를 추가로 포함하는 방법.

- a) 포스포러스산 모노머 또는 그의 염의 구조단위로 관능화된 폴리머 입자의 안정한 수성 분산물 및; b) 설폰산 모노머 또는 그의 염의 구조단위로 관능화된 수용성 폴리머를 포함하고; 여기서 설폰산 관능화 폴리머의 중량 퍼센트는 포스포러스산 관능화 폴리머 입자 및 설폰산 관능화 폴리머의 중량에 기초해 0.1 내지 10%이고; 포스포러스산 관능화 폴리머 입자의 중량 퍼센트는 90 내지 99.9 중량 퍼센트이며; 포스포러스산 모노머 또는 그의 염의 구조단위의 중량 퍼센트는 포스포러스산 관능화 폴리머 입자의 중량에 기초해 0.1 내지 5 중량 퍼센트인 조성물.
