Abstract
절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선한 자화소자는, 자성체 및 전류가 인가되는 경우 상기 자성체를 자화시킬 수 있도록 상기 자성체에 코일 형태로 감겨져 있으며, 인접하는 전선과 전기적으로 절연되는 일차원 전도(one dimensional conductivity) 특성을 갖는 탄소나노튜브(CNT: Carbon Nano Tube) 전선을 포함한다.

Claims (7)
- 자성체; 및
전류가 인가되는 경우 상기 자성체를 자화시킬 수 있도록 상기 자성체에 코일 형태로 감겨져 있으며, 인접하는 전선과 전기적으로 절연되는 일차원 전도(one dimensional conductivity) 특성을 갖는 탄소나노튜브(CNT: Carbon Nano Tube) 전선을 포함하는, 절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선한 자화소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소나노튜브 전선은,
복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥이 서로 꼬인(braided) 구조를 갖는, 절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선한 자화소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소나노튜브 전선은,
내심 전선; 및
상기 내심 전선과 동축을 가지며 상기 내심 전선을 감싸는 형태로 구성되는 외심 전선을 포함하는, 절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선한 자화소자. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 탄소나노튜브 전선은,
상기 내심 전선 및 상기 외심 전선 중 적어도 하나가 복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥으로 구성되는, 절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선한 자화소자. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 탄소나노튜브 전선은,
상기 내심 전선 및 상기 외심 전선 중 적어도 하나가 복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥이 서로 꼬인 구조를 갖는, 절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선한 자화소자. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 탄소나노튜브 전선은,
상기 내심 전선 및 상기 외심 전선 중 적어도 하나가 복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥을 장방향으로 연결시킨 구조를 갖는, 절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선한 자화소자. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 탄소나노튜브 전선은,
복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥이 서로 꼬인 구조를 갖는 상기 내심 전선; 및
복수의 탄소나노튜브 가닥을 장방향으로 연결시킨 구조를 갖는 상기 외심 전선을 포함하는, 절연외피가 없는 탄소나노튜브 전선을 권선한 자화소자.
