Claims (8)
- 샤프트 상부측에 배치됨과 함께 긴 쪽 방향이 기계 폭 방향으로 된 슬릿 형상의 도풍로를 구비하고, 해당 도풍로의 입구측으로부터 출구측을 향함에 따라 기계 방향을 따르는 개구 폭이 넓혀지고, 상기 도풍로의 입구측으로부터 상기 출구측을 향해 에어와 함께 필라멘트가 공급되는 제 1 샤프트부와,
샤프트 하부측에 배치되고, 입구측이 상기 제 1 샤프트부의 출구측에 연통됨과 함께 출구측이 상기 필라멘트를 포집하는 포집부에 대향되며, 당해 입구측의 기계 방향을 따르는 개구 폭이, 상기 제 1 샤프트부의 출구측의 기계 방향을 따르는 개구 폭보다 넓혀지고 또한 해당 입구측으로부터 상기 출구측을 향함에 따라 기계 방향을 따르는 개구 폭이 넓혀진 제 2 샤프트부와,
상기 제 1 샤프트부의 출구측과 상기 제 2 샤프트부의 입구측의 접속부에 마련되고, 당해 제 1 샤프트부의 출구측과 당해 제 2 샤프트부의 입구측을 기계 방향을 따르는 연결 벽부에 의해 접속하는 단차부
를 포함하여 구성된 확산 샤프트를 구비한, 부직포의 제조 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단차부는, 상기 연결 벽부가 기계 방향측 및 기계 방향과는 반대 방향측의 각각에, 기계 폭 방향을 따라 연속하여 마련되어 있는 부직포의 제조 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단차부는, 기계 방향측에 마련된 제 1 단차부와, 기계 방향과는 반대 방향측에 마련된 제 2 단차부가, 기계 폭 방향을 따라 교호로 배치되어 있는 부직포의 제조 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 확산 샤프트는, 상기 제 2 샤프트부의 기계 방향을 따르는 개구 폭이 입구측으로부터 출구측을 향해 서서히 넓어지도록 형성되어 있는 부직포의 제조 장치. - 샤프트 상부측에 배치됨과 함께 긴 쪽 방향이 기계 폭 방향으로 된 슬릿 형상의 도풍로를 구비하고, 해당 도풍로의 입구측으로부터 출구측을 향함에 따라 기계 방향을 따르는 개구 폭이 넓혀지고, 상기 도풍로의 입구측으로부터 상기 출구측을 향해 에어와 함께 필라멘트가 공급되는 제 1 샤프트부,
샤프트 하부측에 배치되고, 입구측이 상기 제 1 샤프트부의 출구측에 연통됨과 함께 출구측이 상기 필라멘트를 포집하는 포집부에 대향되며, 당해 입구측의 기계 방향을 따르는 개구 폭이, 상기 제 1 샤프트부의 출구측의 기계 방향을 따르는 개구 폭보다 넓혀지고 또한 해당 입구측으로부터 상기 출구측을 향함에 따라 기계 방향을 따르는 개구 폭이 넓혀진 제 2 샤프트부, 및
상기 제 1 샤프트부의 출구측과 상기 제 2 샤프트부의 입구측의 접속부에 마련되고, 당해 제 1 샤프트부의 출구측과 당해 제 2 샤프트부의 입구측을 기계 방향을 따르는 연결 벽부에 의해 접속하는 단차부를 구비한 확산 샤프트를 이용하여,
상기 제 1 샤프트부의 입구측으로부터 에어와 함께 필라멘트를 공급하고, 상기 제 2 샤프트부의 출구측으로부터 분출되는 필라멘트를 상기 포집부에 있어서 포집 퇴적하여, 부직포가 제조되는 웹을 생성하는
것을 포함하는 부직포의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 확산 샤프트의 상기 단차부는, 상기 연결 벽부가 기계 방향측 및 기계 방향과는 반대 방향측의 각각에, 기계 폭 방향을 따라 연속하여 마련되어 있는 부직포의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 확산 샤프트의 상기 단차부는, 기계 방향측에 마련된 제 1 단차부와, 기계 방향과는 반대 방향측에 마련된 제 2 단차부가, 기계 폭 방향을 따라 교호로 배치되어 있는 부직포의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 확산 샤프트는, 상기 제 2 샤프트부의 기계 방향을 따르는 개구 폭이 입구측으로부터 출구측을 향해 서서히 넓어지도록 형성되어 있는 부직포의 제조 방법.
