도 2a 및 2b는 본 발명에 의해 바람직한 하우징 레이아웃을 도시하고,
도 3a 및 도 3b는 그 대안적인 형태를 도시한다.

Claims (8)
- 스크레이핑된 오일을 차동 장치 케이싱 주위로 하우징의 원추형 부분 위로 롤링 베어링(6)을 향하여 안내함으로써 하우징(1, 7)에서 회전하는 차동 장치 출력 롤링 베어링(6)을 윤활하는 윤활 시스템에 있어서,
상기 윤활 시스템은 오일을 스크레이핑하도록 된 리브(3)를 구비하되,
오일은 상부 위치에서 하우징의 내벽으로 캐스팅된 상기 리브(3)에 의해 차동 장치 케이싱에서 스크레이핑 되고, 하우징의 내벽 내로 캐스팅되고 롤링 베어링의 중간에서 개방된 덕트(4)에 의해 롤링 베어링을 향하여 안내되며,
상기 리브(3)는 상기 롤링 베어링(6)의 축에 대하여 경사지게 연장되어, 스크레이핑된 상기 오일은 상기 롤링 베어링의 일측으로부터 롤링 베어링의 타측으로 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 오일은 상기 덕트(4)의 바닥 벽(4a)에 의해 상기 하우징의 후단으로 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활 시스템. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 오일은 상기 하우징(1, 7)의 후단부에 도달하도록 양(positive)의 레벨 변화를 극복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활 시스템. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 오일의 일부는 하우징(1, 7)의 출구를 향하여 롤링 베어링(6)의 후방에 도달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활 시스템. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 덕트(4)의 후방으로부터 상기 하우징(1, 7)의 내부를 향하여 전방으로 돌출되는 오일 안내 부재(8)를 추가로 포함하여, 롤링 베어링(6)을 향하여 오일을 양호하게 덕팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활 시스템. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 차동 장치 출력 롤링 베어링을 윤활하는 윤활 시스템을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 박스 메커니즘 하우징.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 차동 장치 출력 롤링 베어링을 윤활하는 윤활 시스템을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치 및 차동 장치 하우징.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 차동 장치 출력 롤링 베어링을 윤활하는 윤활 시스템을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 박스.
