Claims (18)
- 폴리(1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드) 중합체의 제조방법으로서,
1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드 또는, 적어도 50중량%의 1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드 및 최대 50중량%의 공중합가능한 알킬렌 옥사이드의 혼합물을 90℃ 내지 160℃의 중합 온도에서 생성물 내에 백만부당 1 중량부 내지 6 중량부의 코발트 농도를 제공하기에 충분한 아연 헥사시아노코발테이트 촉매 복합체의 존재하에서 및 하이드록실 개시제 화합물의 존재하에서 중합시켜, 수 평균 중량이 적어도 500 원자 질량 단위인 단독중합되거나 무작위로 공중합된 1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드의 적어도 하나의 블록을 가지며 그램당 25 마이크로 당량 이하의 일작용성 불포화된 종을 함유하는 1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드의 중합체 또는 공중합체를 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는, 폴리(1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드) 중합체의 제조방법. - 청구항 1의 방법으로 제조된, 폴리(1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드) 중합체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 단독중합되거나 무작위로 공중합된 1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드의 적어도 하나의 블록은 수 평균 중량이 800 내지 2500 원자 질량 단위인, 폴리(1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드) 중합체의 제조 방법.
- ◈청구항 4은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈청구항 3에 있어서, 1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드가 단독중합되어 단독중합된 1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드의 적어도 하나의 블록을 형성하는, 폴리(1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드) 중합체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 중합 온도가 110℃ 내지 140℃인, 폴리(1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드) 중합체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 4 또는 청구항 5에 있어서, 생성물 내에 백만부당 1 중량부 내지 3 중량부의 코발트 농도를 제공하기에 충분한 아연 헥사시아노코발테이트 촉매 복합체가 존재하는, 폴리(1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드) 중합체의 제조방법.
