Abstract

The present invention relates to a brick structure used for a building in a technical field. The present invention relates to an assembly brick which does not use a joint agent while stacking a wall or a fence of the building and is easily stacked and disassembled to be permanently reusable. In the brick structure, upper, lower, left, and right sides can be matched and inserted like a puzzle. The brick structure does not need the joint agent and other materials and enables the bricks to be always disassembled to be moved to the other space to be stacked to prevent contamination of earth and have value as the old brick after decades.

Description

벽돌 설치 구조{omitted}Brick installation structure{omitted}

Brick [masonry] field of buildings

Existing bricks that are stacked when building walls or houses of a building are bricks that are stacked by attaching both top, bottom, left, and right using a joint system, so after several decades, the bricks crack, so the building is demolished and buried in the ground. has exist

Bricks in the brick installation structure do not use any joints and are stacked like puzzles, so even after several decades the building is old and torn down and rebuilt, it can be recycled as old bricks by reclassifying them in the reverse order of stacking bricks It is a brick structure that prevents pollution of the earth and focuses on preserving the diseased earth green for a longer time.

Prior technical literature]

1. The accompanying drawing patents in Documents 1 and 2 are stacked by inserting numerous bolts. After a long period of time, the bolts become rusted, making it difficult to separate them, and when stacking bricks, it cannot be stacked unless you are an expert.

2. As it is a structure that can only be stacked by connecting both the upper and lower bricks and the left and right bricks with bolts, the walls crack like conventional bricks even in large buses, trucks, or light earthquakes.

3. Since the joints of the tier and the lower tier can only be stacked in a straight line, there is a risk of water soaking in, and the appearance is also monotonous.

4. The protruding part connecting the upper and lower bricks is weak, so it is inevitable to be easily destroyed by external impact.

5. The checked part of Document 2 cannot be fitted with bolts on the drawing.

A structure in which a shaped brick and a straight brick are prefabricated

1 As shown in the attached photo, the upper and lower bricks are stacked together, so no joint material is required.

2 Since the joints are not used, the bricks are separated, so even if an external earthquake or a large bus or truck shakes the ground, the bricks and bricks are separated and thus absorbs the impact.

3 Existing bricks contaminate the earth as they cannot be reused once they are broken down, but the above brick structure can be separated and recycled into old bricks even after 100 years, contributing to preserving the earth's green color for a long time.

1. No joints required.

2. Simple and fast operation.

3. It is a structure that can be stacked in a prefabricated manner and can be recycled even after several decades have passed.

4. The fence can be widened or reduced at will.

Prevents cracks from going into the wall even with external impact. (Because the structure does not use a joint agent on the brick, it absorbs the impact.

6. If you create any space such as a house or warehouse and want to move it to another place, you can relocate it to another place after dismantling and stack it.

7. Contributing to reducing the pollution of the earth so that we humans can live in a greener land.
