Claims (13)
- 본 발명의 불연도료용 수지 혼합물은 상술한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여,
실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부, 및
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 아크릴공중합체 혼합물 17 내지 85 중량부를 포함하고,
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물은
지방족 불포화 실란화합물 100 중량부,
상기 지방족 불포화 실란화합물 100 중량부 당, 상기 지방족 불포화 실란화합물과 공중합하는 포화 테트라알콕시실란 50 내지 620 중량부,
상기 지방족 불포화 실란화합물 100 중량부 당, 상기 지방족 불포화 실란화합물 또는 테트라알콕시실란과 공중합하는 포화 모노-, 디-, 트리- 또는 이들이 혼합된 알콕시실란 35 내지 330 중량부,
상기 지방족 불포화 실란화합물 100 중량부 당, 중합개시제 10 내지 250 중량부,
상기 지방족 불포화 실란화합물 100 중량부 당, 물 50 내지 350 중량부, 및
상기 지방족 불포화 실란화합물 100 중량부 당, 알콜 200 내지 900 중량부를 포함하고,
상기 지방족 불포화 실란화합물은 비닐기, 아크릴기, 메타크릴기 및 그 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 작용기를 가지는, 불연도료용 수지 혼합물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 실란중합체 혼합물 3 내지 27 중량부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 불연도료용 수지 혼합물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 아크릴공중합체 혼합물은 아크릴산, 아크릴레이트화합물, 메타크릴산, 메타크릴레이트화합물의 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 불연도료용 수지 혼합물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 아크릴공중합체의 단량체는 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 메틸아크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트, 프로필아크릴레이트, 이소프로필아크릴레이트, 부틸아크릴레이트, n-부틸아크릴레이트, 이소부틸아크릴레이트, n-아밀아크릴레이트, 이소아밀아크릴레이트, n-헥실아크릴레이트, 에틸헥실아크릴레이트, 2-히드록시메틸아크릴레이트, 히드록시에틸아크릴레이트, 히드록시프로필아크릴레이트, 라우릴아크릴레이트, 메틸메타크릴레이트, 에틸메타크릴레이트, 프로필메타크릴레이트,이소프로필메타크릴레이트, n-부틸메타크릴레이트, 이소부틸메타크릴레이트, n-아밀메타크릴레이트, 이소아밀메타크릴레이트, n-헥실메타크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실메타크릴레이트, 히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트, 2-히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트, 히드록시프로필메타크릴레이트, 라우릴메타크릴레이트 및 그 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 불연도료용 수지 혼합물. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 실란중합체 혼합물은 테트라알콕시실란의 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 불연도료용 수지 혼합물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 지방족 불포화 실란화합물, 포화 테트라알콕시실란, 또는 포화 모노-, 디-, 트리-알콕시실란은 하기 화학식 1인 것을 특징으로 하는, 불연도료용 수지 혼합물.:

R1은 H; 아민기, 글리시딜옥시기 또는 탄소수 1 내지 3의 아미노알킬기로 치환된 또는 치환되지 않은 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬; 탄소수 1 내지 3의 치환된 또는 치환되지 않은 알케닐; 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알콕시; -COO-R5; -R6-COO-R5; 또는 페닐이고,
R2는 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬; 또는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알콕시이고,
R3 및 R4는 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알콕시이고,
R5는 아크릴기 또는 메타크릴기이고,
R6는 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬임. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 지방족 불포화 실란화합물은 비닐 트리메톡시 실란, 비닐 트리에톡시 실란, 메틸메타크릴 트리메톡시 실란, 3-메타크릴옥시프로필 트리메톡시 실란 및 그 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 불연도료용 수지 혼합물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 포화 테트라알콕시실란, 또는 포화 모노-, 디-, 트리-알콕시실란은 메틸 트리메톡시 실란, 프로필 트리에톡시 실란, γ-아미노프로필 트리메톡시 실란, N-β-(아미노에틸)-γ-아미노프로필 트리메톡시 실란, 디메틸 디메톡시 실란, 디에틸 디에톡시 실란, 프로필 트리메톡시 실란, 아미노프로필 트리에톡시 실란, 디메틸 디에톡시 실란, 테트라메톡시 실란, 테트라에톡시 실란, 글리시딜 실란화합물은 γ-글리시딜옥시프로필 트리메톡시 실란, 글리시딜옥시프로필메틸 디에톡시 실란, 페닐 트리메톡시 실란, 페닐 트리에톡시 실란 및 그 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 불연도료용 수지 혼합물. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 9 중 어느 한 청구항의 불연도료용 수지 혼합물 중 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부,
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 아크릴공중합체 혼합물 17 내지 85 중량부,
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 착색안료 25 내지 93 중량부,
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 난연안료 15 내지 75 중량부,
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 분산제 0.2 내지 2 중량부,
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 중합방지제 0.04 내지 1 중량부,
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 소포제 0.04 내지 1 중량부,
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 표면개선제 0.2 내지 2 중량부, 및
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 용제 1 내지 13 중량부를 포함하는, 불연도료. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 실란중합체 혼합물 3 내지 27 중량부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 불연도료. - (A-1) 비닐기, 아크릴기, 메타크릴기 및 그 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 작용기를 가지는 지방족 불포화 실란화합물 100 중량부,
상기 지방족 불포화 실란화합물 100 중량부 당, 상기 지방족 불포화 실란화합물과 공중합하는 포화 테트라알콕시실란 50 내지 620 중량부, 및
상기 지방족 불포화 실란화합물 100 중량부 당, 상기 지방족 불포화 실란화합물 또는 테트라알콕시실란과 공중합하는 포화 모노-, 디-, 트리- 또는 이들이 혼합된 알콕시실란 35 내지 330 중량부를 용기에 투입 후 교반하여 실란화합물 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
(A-2) 상기 지방족 불포화 실란화합물 100 중량부 당, 산성의 물 50 내지 350 중량부을 첨가하여 실란화합물 혼합수용액을 제조하는 단계;
(A-3) 상기 실란화합물 혼합수용액을 40 내지 80 ℃로 승온하고, 180 내지 300 분 동안 유지하는 단계;
(A-4) 상기 단계 (A-3) 이후, 상기 실란화합물 혼합수용액에 상기 지방족 불포화 실란화합물 100 중량부 당, 중합개시제 10 내지 250 중량부를 첨가하고, 120 내지 240 분 동안 유지하는 단계; 및
(A-5) 상기 단계 (A-4) 이후, 상기 지방족 불포화 실란화합물 100 중량부 당, 알콜 200 내지 900 중량부를 첨가하여 실란공중합체 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
(B-1) 아크릴산, 아크릴레이트화합물, 메타크릴산, 메타크릴레이트화합물 및 그 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 아크릴공중합체의 단량체 100 중량부 당, 유기용매 40 내지 200 중량부를 용기에 투입하고, 100 내지 150 ℃로 승온하는 단계;
(B-2) 상기 아크릴공중합체의 단량체 100 중량부 당, 중합개시제 0.3 내지 10 중량부, 및 상기 아크릴공중합체의 단량체 100 중량부를 혼합하고, 120 내지 240 분 동안 적하하는 단계;
(B-3) 상기 단계 (B-2) 이후, 120 내지 240 분 동안 유지하여 아크릴공중합체 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
(C) 상기 단계 (A-5)의 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 상기 단계 (B-3)의 아크릴공중합체 혼합물 17 내지 85 중량부,
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 착색안료 25 내지 93 중량부,
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 난연안료 15 내지 75 중량부,
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 분산제 0.2 내지 2 중량부, 및
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 제 1 용제 0.4 내지 4 중량부를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
(D) 상기 단계 (C)의 혼합물을 미립화하는 단계;
(E) 상기 단계 (D)의 미립화된 혼합물에
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부,
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 중합방지제 0.04 내지 1 중량부,
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 소포제 0.04 내지 1 중량부,
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 표면개선제 0.2 내지 2 중량부, 및
상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 제 2 용제 0.5 내지 6 중량부를 첨가하고 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는, 불연도료의 제조방법. - 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 단계 (E)에서 상기 실란공중합체 혼합물 100 중량부 당, 실란중합체 혼합물 3 내지 27 중량부를 추가로 첨가하여 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 불연도료의 제조방법.
