도 6은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 제1 및 제2 보호 슬리브의 매쉬구조를 도시한 부분 확대도,
도 7은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 제1 및 제2 보호 슬리브에 의한 외력 분산 및 복합 나선형 와이어에 대한 지지 작용을 도시한 부분 단면도,

Claims (6)
- 토치 손잡이에 대해서 토치 헤드의 각도 조절을 수행하기 위한 토치 바디를 갖는 플렉서블 티그 용접 토치에 있어서,
상기 토치 바디는,
상기 토치 헤드 및 토치 손잡이에 각각의 양단부가 연결된 복수열의 복합 나선형 동선;
상기 동선들 각각의 외측에 접촉 지지되며, 매쉬구조로 편성된 제1 보호 슬리브;
제1 보호 슬리브의 외측에 매쉬구조로 적층되며, 상기 토치 바디의 피복 본체의 내측면 상에 접합되는 제2 보호 슬리브; 및
상기 제1 보호 슬리브 및 제2 보호 슬리브 각각의 매쉬구조에 함침되어 상호 고정시키며, 상기 제1 보호 슬리브와 제2 보호 슬리브에서 각각 형성되는 압축 및 인장 응력을 지지하는 접착층;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉서블 티그 용접 토치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제1 보호 슬리브는 유리섬유 압착망을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉서블 티그 용접 토치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
제2 보호 슬리브는 유리섬유 압착망을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉서블 티그 용접 토치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 동선들 내부에 형성되는 가이드 홀 내측에 설치되는 보조 서포트 와이어를 더 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 보조 서포트 와이어는 상기 동선의 정렬상태를 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 길이방향 양단부가 고정되는 플렉서블 티그 용접 토치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 동선의 내부와 상기 보조 서포트 와이어 사이에 보조 파이프가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉서블 티그 용접 토치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 보조 서포트 와이어는 양단에 고리부를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 고리부가 고정핀에 걸림되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉서블 티그 용접 토치.
