Abstract
Description
도 2는 상온(22℃) 조건에서 중쇄지방산의 종류별(카프릴산, 카프릭산, 라우릭산) 농도별(0.5-2.5 mM) 메티실린내성 황색포도상구균에 대한 살균 효과를 측정한 결과이다.
도 3은 중온(37℃) 조건에서 중쇄지방산의 종류별(카프릴산, 카프릭산, 라우릭산) 농도별(0.5-2.5 mM) 메티실린내성 황색포도상구균에 대한 살균 효과를 측정한 결과이다.
도 4는 상온(22℃) 조건에서 카프릭산과 다양한 계면활성제(트윈 20, 트윈 80, 스판 80, 코코베타인, 레시틴)의 조합에 따른 메티실린내성 황색포도상구균에 대한 살균 효과를 측정한 결과이다.
도 5는 상온(22℃) 조건에서 카프릭산의 처리농도(0.5-2.5 mM), 계면활성제로서 트윈 20의 처리농도(0.01-1.0 v/v%)를 변화시켜 메티실린내성 황색포도상구균에 대한 살균 효과를 측정한 결과이다.
도 6은 상온(22℃) 조건에서 카프릭산의 처리농도(0.5-2.5 mM), 계면활성제로서 코코베타인의 처리농도(0.01-1.0 v/v%)를 변화시켜 메티실린내성 황색포도상구균에 대한 살균 효과를 측정한 결과이다.

Claims (10)
- 살균용 조성물로서,
상기 조성물은 카프릭산 및 계면활성제를 유효성분으로 포함하고,
상기 계면활성제는 폴리솔베이트 20(Polysorbate 20), 코카미도프로필베타인(Cocamidopropyl Betaine) 및 레시틴(Lecithin)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 살균용 조성물. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 카프릭산은 1.0 내지 2.5 mM의 농도로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 계면활성제는 0.01 내지 0.1 v/v%로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 장출혈성대장균(Escherichia coli O157:H7, E. coli O157:H7), 살모넬라균(Salmonella spp.), 엔테로코쿠스 페칼리스(Enterococcus faecalis), 황색포도상구균(Staphylococcus aureus), 메티실린내성 황색포도상구균(Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA), 화농성연쇄상구균(Streptococcus pyogenes), 리스테리아균(Listeria monocytogenes), 녹농균(Pseudomonas aeruginosa) 및 세라티아 마르세센스(Serratia marcescens)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 미생물에 대한 살균 활성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 15℃ ~ 25℃의 상온에서 살균 활성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 포함하는 세정제 조성물.
- 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 포함하는 소독제 조성물.
- 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 살균 대상에 처리하는 단계를 포함하는, 살균방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 처리하는 단계는 15℃ ~ 25℃의 상온에서 25 ~ 35초간 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 살균방법.
