- 원사 2본이 합연된 생코드인 경사; 및
저융점(low melting) 원사와 상기 저융점 원사의 융점보다 높은 합성 원사가 1:1~3:1의 비율로 공기 교락된 인터레이스 얀(Interlace Yarn)을 포함하는 위사가 제직된 코드 직물로,
상기 경사와 상기 위사의 교차지점에 상기 저융점 원사가 열처리에 의해 열융착되어 형성된 열융착부를 포함하며, 상기 경사와 위사의 접착력이 0.055 내지 0.102kgf인 캡플라이 코드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저융점 원사의 융점은 80~240℃인 캡플라이 코드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열처리는 상기 저융점 원사의 융점보다 높은 온도에서 수행되는 캡플라이 코드. - 삭제
