Abstract
본 발명에 따른 수술도구용 핸들장치는 수술도구용 핸들장치에 있어서, 수술도구의 삽입을 위한 도구삽입홀이 형성된 핸들본체; 상기 핸들본체에 착탈 가능하게 설치되는 손잡이부재; 및 상기 핸들본체에 설치되는 마커부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

도3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 수술도구용 핸들장치의 손잡이부재 착탈구조를 설명하기 위한 요부 분리사시도,
도4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 수술도구용 핸들장치의 마커부재 착탈구조를 설명하기 위한 요부 분리사시도,
도5 및 도6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 수술도구용 핸들장치의 작용을 설명하기 위한 도면으로서, 도5는 수술도구용 핸들장치에 수술도구가 장착된 상태를 나타낸 사시도이고, 도6은 수술도구가 장착된 수술도구용 핸들장치가 수술용 로봇에 설치된 상태를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (8)
- 수술도구용 핸들장치에 있어서,
수술도구의 삽입을 위한 도구삽입홀이 형성된 핸들본체; 상기 핸들본체에 착탈 가능하게 설치되는 손잡이부재; 및 상기 핸들본체에 설치되는 마커부재;를 포함하고,
상기 핸들본체는, 상기 수술도구가 삽입되어 정위치하는 도구삽입부; 및 상기 도구삽입부의 둘레를 따라 상기 손잡이부재가 삽입되는 복수의 손잡이결속홀이 형성된 손잡이삽입부를 포함하고,
상기 손잡이부재는 사용자가 파지하는 파지부와, 상기 손잡이결속홀에 삽입되도록 상기 파지부에 돌출되는 결속돌부를 포함하고,
상기 손잡이결속홀에 결속된 상기 손잡이부재가 이탈되지 않도록 결속부위에 형성된 이탈방지수단을 포함하되,
상기 이탈방지수단은,
상기 결속돌부에 형성되는 스토퍼삽입홀; 상기 스토퍼삽입홀에 삽입되는 볼하우징, 상기 볼하우징에 삽입되는 볼, 및 상기 볼하우징에 삽입되어 상기 볼에 탄성력을 인가하는 탄성부재가 구비된 스토퍼부재; 및 상기 볼이 걸림되도록 상기 손잡이결속홀에 형성되는 걸림홀;을 포함하는 구조, 또는
상기 손잡이결속홀 및 상기 결속돌부에 중에서 적어도 한 곳 이상에 배치되는 영구자석을 포함하는 구조로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수술도구용 핸들장치.

상기 마커부재는,
상기 손잡이삽입부에 형성된 마커삽입홀에 일단이 삽입, 체결되는 마커로드;
상기 마커로드의 타단에 형성되는 마커설치부재; 및
상기 마커설치부재에 설치되는 복수의 마커를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수술도구용 핸들장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도구삽입홀 방향으로 출몰 가능하게 상기 핸들본체에 설치되는 도구지지부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수술도구용 핸들장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 도구지지부재는 조작공구가 삽입되는 공구삽입부, 상기 공구삽입부에 연장되어 상기 핸들본체에 형성된 체결공에 체결되는 나사부, 및 상기 나사부에 연장되고 상기 도구삽입홀 방향으로 출몰되는 수술도구지지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수술도구용 핸들장치.
