Claims (3)
- 폴리락트산 (PLA) 및 폴리부틸렌아디페이트-코-테레프탈레이트 (PBAT)를 포함하는 생분해성 수지를 제1 저장부에 투입하여 진공 상온에서 건조시키고, 전분, 셀룰로오스-무기물 복합체, 유황, 단백질, 산화세륨, 산화란탄, 탄산칼슘, 규조토, 장석, 지방산 금속염, 왁스, 에틸렌 비닐 알코올 공중합체, 분산제 및 소포제를 포함하는 마스터 배치 성분을 제2 저장부에 투입하여 진공 상온에서 건조시키는 단계;
상기 건조시킨 생분해성 수지를 40 내지 70 ℃로 설정된 제1 용융부에서 혼합 및 용융시키고, 상기 건조시킨 마스터 배치 성분을 110 내지 300 ℃로 설정된 제2 용융부에서 혼합 및 용융시키는 단계;
상기 용융된 각 원료를 진공 상태의 압출기에 투입하여 혼합하고 필름을 배출하는 단계; 및
상기 배출된 필름을 공기 냉각시킨 후 롤러에 통과시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 셀룰로오스-무기물 복합체는 셀룰로오스 섬유를 분산시킨 수용액에 이산화티탄, 일라이트, 제올라이트, 실리콘 오일, 에틸 셀룰로오스 및 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 투입하고 초음파 분산시킨 후 용매를 증발시켜 얻은 것이고,
상기 생분해성 수지와 마스터 배치 성분은 68 내지 78 중량% 및 22 내지 32 중량%로 혼합하는 것인, 생분해 농업용 멀칭필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 마스터 배치 성분은 마스터 배치 성분 전체 중량을 기준으로 전분과 셀룰로오스-무기물 복합체를 65 내지 75 중량%로 포함하는 것인, 생분해 농업용 멀칭필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 지방산 금속염은 스테아르산 칼슘, 스테아르산 바륨 및 스테아르산 마그네슘으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 이상인 것인, 생분해 농업용 멀칭필름의 제조방법.
