Claims (9)
- 비섬유상의 티타늄산염 화합물 입자로 구성되는 티타늄산염 화합물 분말과, 황산바륨 분말과, 열경화성 수지를 함유하는 마찰재 조성물에 있어서, 상기 티타늄산염 화합물 분말의 알칼리 금속 이온 용출율이 15.0질량% 이하이고, 상기 황산바륨 분말의 체적 기준 누적 50% 입자 직경(D50)이 0.1㎛ 내지 20.0㎛이며, 상기 마찰재 조성물의 합계량 100질량%에 있어서 구리 성분의 함유량이 구리 원소로서 0.5질량% 이하이고, 상기 황산바륨 분말의 체적 기준 누적 90% 입자 직경(D90)이 0.1㎛ 내지 20.0㎛이며,
상기 티타늄산염 화합물 분말이 A2TinO(2n+1)[식 중, A는 Li를 제외한 알칼리 금속의 1종 또는 2종 이상, n은 4 내지 11의 수], A(2+y)Ti(6-x)MxO(13+y/2-(4-z)x/2)[식 중, A는 Li를 제외한 알칼리 금속의 1종 또는 2종 이상, M은 Li, Mg, Zn, Ga, Ni, Cu, Fe, Al, Mn으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상, z는 원소 M의 가수로 1 내지 3의 정수, 0.05≤x≤0.5, 0≤y≤(4-z)x], AxMyTi(2-y)O4[식 중, A는 Li를 제외한 알칼리 금속의 1종 또는 2종 이상, M은 Li, Mg, Zn, Ga, Ni, Cu, Fe, Al, Mn으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상, x는 0.5 내지 1.0, y는 0.25 내지 1.0의 수], A0.5~0.7Li0.27Ti1.73O3.85~3.95[식 중, A는 Li를 제외한 알칼리 금속의 1종 또는 2종 이상], A0.2~0.7Mg0.40Ti1.6O3.7~3.95[식 중, A는 Li를 제외한 알칼리 금속의 1종 또는 2종 이상], A0.5~0.7Li(0.27-x)MyTi(1.73-z)O3.85~3.95[식 중, A는 Li를 제외한 알칼리 금속의 1종 또는 2종 이상, M은 Mg, Zn, Ga, Ni, Cu, Fe, Al, Mn으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상(단, 2종 이상의 경우에는 다른 가수의 이온 조합을 제외함), x와 z는, M이 2가 금속일 때, x=2y/3, z=y/3, M이 3가 금속일 때, x=y/3, z=2y/3, y는 0.004≤y≤0.4]로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물의 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 티타늄산염 화합물 분말의 체적 기준 누적 50% 입자 직경(D50)이 1.0㎛ 내지 150.0㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 티타늄산염 화합물 분말의 황산 이온 용출율이 0.2질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 황산바륨 분말의 함유량이, 상기 마찰재 조성물의 합계량 100질량%에 대하여 1질량% 내지 50질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 티타늄산염 화합물 분말의 함유량이, 상기 마찰재 조성물의 합계량 100질량%에 대하여 1질량% 내지 40질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 마찰재 조성물의 성형체인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제6항에 기재된 마찰재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 부재.
