Abstract
본 발명은 첫 번째 단계로 해수어에 의해 수조에 쌓이는 찌꺼기와 불순물을 걸러내어 수시로 제거하고, 두 번째 단계로, 첫 번째 단계를 통과한 해수를 구조물에 유입시키면서, 벤추리를 통하여 공급되는 공기와 순간적으로 혼합한 후 미세한 공기방울들이 폭기실에 최대한 체류하게 하여 해수내의 오염물질을 외부로 배출함과 함께 정수된 물은 다시 수조내로 유출시키며, 세 번째 단계로, 두 번째 단계를 통과한 해수를 생물학적 여과방법으로 한 번 더 여과한 후 깨끗한 해수를 정수배출구를 통하여 수조로 공급한다.

- 수조내의 해수를 통과시켜 찌꺼기를 걸러내는 찌꺼기 필터통 및 순환모터와, 상기 찌꺼기 필터통으로부터 유입되는 공기와 해수를 혼합시켜 다목적 원통관으로 분사하는 분사관과, 상기 분사관과 연결되어 폭기실의 바닥에 설치되고, 분사관으로 유입된 해수를 회전 및 분출하여 기포가 혼합된 해수의 폭기실 체류시간을 늘리고 오염물질을 배출시키는 다목적원통관과, 상기 폭기실의 거품응축관에 설치되어 살균램프를 고정시키며 오물을 수집하는 오물수집실과, 상기 폭기실에서 살균 및 정수된 해수가 이송관을 통해 유입시 해수를 여과하여 배출시키는 생물학적 여과실로 구성된 다단계 해수여과 및 살균 정수장치에 있어서,
상기 다목적원통관이,
폭기실 바닥에 배치되어 하단에 각각 배수홈이 형성된 외관과 내관으로 구성된 것으로, 내관이 외관보다 약간 길고, 내관의 상부에는 외관의 지름보다 넓은 상승 저지판이 배치되며, 상기 저지판의 상부에는 살균램프를 고정할 수 있는 램프홀더가 배치되고, 외관과 내관 사이에 외관 내관 중간간격판이 배치되며, 외관의 하단에 분사관이 삽입되어 외관과 내관 사이로 분사된 해수가 회전하면서 폭기실 하부 방향으로 넓게 분출되어 공기와 혼합된 해수의 폭기실내 체류시간을 오래 지속시켜 혼합해수가 폭기실 상부로 서서히 떠오르도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 다단계 해수여과 및 살균 정수장치. - 삭제
