Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 에너지 저장 모듈용 연결 구조체는, 복수의 에너지 저장 셀을 이용하여 전기 에너지를 저장하는 에너지 저장 모듈에서 전기적 연결 구조를 구성하며, 플레이트(plate) 형상을 가지며 양 단부가 각각 서로 다른 에너지 저장 셀의 전극에 결합되는 버스바; 및 로드(rod) 형상을 가지며 일 단부가 상기 버스바에 결합되고 타 단부가 에너지 밸런싱(energy balancing)을 수행하는 밸런싱 회로의 기판에 결합되어 상기 버스바가 결합된 에너지 저장 셀의 전극과 상기 밸런싱 회로를 전기적으로 연결하는 로드 부재를 포함하여, 배선 작업을 위해 하네스를 사용하는 경우 발생하는 오배선이나 단선 문제를 해결하고 배선 작업에 소비되는 인력과 시간을 절감하며 에너지 저장 모듈의 조립 과정을 간소화한다.

Claims (7)
- 복수의 에너지 저장 셀을 이용하여 전기 에너지를 저장하는 에너지 저장 모듈에서 전기적 연결 구조를 구성하는 연결 구조체로서,
플레이트(plate) 형상을 가지며 양 단부가 각각 서로 다른 에너지 저장 셀의 전극에 결합되는 버스바; 및
로드(rod) 형상을 가지며 일 단부가 상기 버스바에 결합되고 타 단부가 에너지 밸런싱(energy balancing)을 수행하는 밸런싱 회로의 기판에 결합되어 상기 버스바가 결합된 에너지 저장 셀의 전극과 상기 밸런싱 회로를 전기적으로 연결하는 로드 부재를 포함하고,
상기 로드 부재는, 나사 결합을 용이하게 하는 다각형 형상의 외주면을 가지고,
상기 로드 부재의 상기 일 단부는, 외주면에 나사산이 형성되고,
상기 버스바는, 상기 로드 부재의 상기 일 단부와 나사 결합하는 나사 홈을 가지고,
상기 로드 부재의 상기 일 단부는, 상기 버스바의 나사 홈에 나사 결합되고,
상기 로드 부재의 상기 타 단부는, 소정 볼트 부재가 나사 결합되는 나사 홈을 포함하고, 상기 기판에 구비된 소정 삽입 홀에 삽입되어 상기 밸런싱 회로의 단자와 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 나사 홈에 결합되는 상기 소정 볼트 부재를 통해 상기 밸런싱 회로의 단자와 전기적으로 연결되는 에너지 저장 모듈용 연결 구조체. - 삭제
