Claims (3)
- 선박의 고압 연료 공급장치에 있어서:
액화가스가 구비된 저장탱크;
상기 저장탱크에서 발생되는 기화가스(Boil off Gas)를 MEGI 엔진으로 공급하는 기화가스 공급라인;
상기 기화가스 공급라인상에 설치되고, 기화가스를 상기 MEGI 엔진에서 요구하는 고압으로 압축하는 압축부;
상기 압축부에서 압축된 고압의 기화가스를 공급받아 액화시키는 재액화부;
상기 저장탱크 내부에 설치되는 공급펌프;
상기 공급펌프로부터 공급받은 액화가스를 상기 MEGI 엔진으로 공급하는 그리고 액화가스를 고압으로 가압하는 고압 펌프가 구비된 다이렉트 공급라인;
상기 다이렉트 공급라인상에 설치되고, 고압으로 압축된 액화가스를 상기 MEGI 엔진에서 사용할 수 있는 기화가스로 증발시키는 제1 기화기를 포함하되;
상기 재액화부는
고압의 기화가스에 의해 터빈 러너가 회전되면서 기화가스의 압력이 줄어들고, 상기 터빈 러너의 회전에 의해 전기를 생성하는 전기적 유도 발전기를 갖는 익스펜더; 및
고압의 기화가스가 상기 익스펜더로 공급되기 전에 상기 기화가스 공급라인을 통과하는 기화가스와 열교환하기 위한 열교환기를 포함하되;
상기 익스펜더는
상기 열교환기를 통과한 고압의 기화가스가 유입되는 유입구와, 상단에 유출구를 갖는 용기;
상기 용기 내부에 제공되고 고압의 기화가스에 의해 회전되는 터빈 러너;
상기 터빈 러너와는 구동 샤프트에 의해 연결되고 상기 터빈 러너의 회전 토크 에너지를 제공받아 회전되어 전기를 생성하는 발전기 로터; 및
상기 구동 샤프트의 단부에 설치되고, 상기 유출구와 대향되게 제공되며 상기 유출구를 향해 압력이 낮아진 기화 가스를 안내하는 익스듀서를 포함하는 선박의 고압 연료 공급장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 공급펌프로부터 공급받은 액화가스를 DF 엔진으로 공급하는 그리고 액화가스를 기화가스로 증발시키는 제2기화기를 설치된 서브 공급라인을 더 포함하는 선박의 고압 연료 공급장치. - 삭제
