- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기본 구조체는 3차원 배열(configuration)로 형성되고, 상기 외과용 임플란트는 다음 목록: 튜브, 혈관 임플란트, 스텐트(stent), 유방 임플란트, 정형외과용 임플란트로부터 선택되는 형태로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 외과용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 따른 외과용 임플란트의 제조 방법으로서,
- 하나의 돌출부의 형상을 각각 갖는 공동들의 어레이를 포함하는 금형(70)을 제공하는 단계;
- 상기 적어도 하나의 염색된 필름 피스의 형상 구조체를 한정하는 패턴(74)에 따라 상기 적어도 하나의 염색된 필름 피스 및 상기 돌출부들을 형성하는 유체 재료(80)로 상기 금형(70)을 충전하는 단계;
- 상기 유체 재료(80)를 경화시키는 단계;
- 상기 돌출부들이 기본 구조체(72)로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 지향된 상태에서, 상기 기본 구조체(72)에 상기 적어도 하나의 염색된 필름 피스를 부착하는 단계;
- 상기 금형(70)을 제거하는 단계

- 제20항에 있어서,
- 상기 금형(70), 상기 기본 구조체로서의 외과용 메시(72), 상기 마스크(74), 상기 외과용 메시(72)보다 낮은 융점을 갖는 상기 적어도 하나의 염색된 필름 피스를 위한 재료(80)의 시트, 가요성 플레이트 장치(flexible plate device)(84)를 이러한 순서로 포함하는 층상 조립체를 제공하는 단계;
- 상기 재료(80)의 시트를 그의 융점보다 높고 상기 외과용 메시(72)의 융점보다 낮은 온도로 가열하는 단계;
- 상기 금형(70)과 상기 플레이트 장치(84)를 서로를 향해 가압하여, 상기 적어도 하나의 염색된 필름 피스를 위한 재료(80)가 상기 마스크(74)를 통해 상기 금형(70) 내로 전달되고 상기 외과용 메시(72)를 매립하는 단계;
- 온도를 낮추고 상기 금형(70)을 제거하는 단계
를 특징으로 하는, 외과용 임플란트의 제조 방법. - 제20항에 있어서,
- 상기 금형, 하기 외과용 메시보다 낮은 융점을 갖는 상기 적어도 하나의 염색된 필름 피스를 위한 재료의 시트, 상기 마스크, 상기 기본 구조체로서의 외과용 메시, 가요성 플레이트 장치를 이러한 순서로 포함하는 층상 조립체를 제공하는 단계;
- 상기 재료의 시트를 그의 융점보다 높고 상기 외과용 메시의 융점보다 낮은 온도로 가열하는 단계;
- 상기 금형과 상기 플레이트 장치를 서로를 향해 가압하여, 상기 적어도 하나의 염색된 필름 피스를 위한 재료가 상기 금형 내로 전달되고 상기 마스크에 의해 차폐되지 않은 영역들 내에서 상기 외과용 메시 내에 매립되는 단계;
- 온도를 낮추고 상기 금형을 제거하는 단계
를 특징으로 하는, 외과용 임플란트의 제조 방법. - 제21항 또는 제22항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 플레이트 장치(84)는 다음 특성들: 폐쇄된 표면을 포함하는 것; 가요성이고, 하나의 돌출부의 형상을 각각 갖는 공동들의 어레이를 포함하는 제2 금형으로서 설계되는 것 중 하나를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 외과용 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제21항 또는 제22항에 있어서, 제4항에 따른 제2 필름 피스들이 상기 적어도 하나의 염색된 필름 피스를 제조하기 위해 사용되는 시트 재료(80)에 대해 나란히 배치되는 시트 재료(82)로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 외과용 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각이 적어도 하나의 염색된 필름 피스(54)를 포함하고 각각이 일련의 심볼(56)들을 한정하는 적어도 2개의 스트라이프형(stripe-like) 형상 구조체가 상기 기본 구조체(52)에 부착되고, 제4항에 정의된 제2 필름 피스(58)들이 상기 스트라이프형 형상 구조체들 사이의 구역에서 상기 기본 구조체(52)에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 외과용 임플란트.
