Claims (35)
- 발광용 나노 결정, 아민가 5㎎KOH/g 이상인 고분자 분산제, 및 외부 자극에 응답하여 경화하는 자극 응답성 경화 재료를 필수 성분으로 하는 분산체로서,
1질량%의 수산화칼륨 수용액에 대한 25℃에 있어서의 상기 분산체의 도포막의 용해량이, 상기 도포막의 전질량을 기준으로 하여 3질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 분산체. - 제1항에 있어서,
알칼리 가용성 수지를 함유하는 분산체를 제외하는 분산체인 분산체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 분산제의 산가가 50㎎KOH/g 이하인 분산체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 분산제의 중량 평균 분자량은 1000 이상인 분산체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
광확산 입자를 더 포함하는 분산체. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 광확산 입자는, 산화티타늄, 알루미나, 산화지르코늄, 산화아연, 탄산칼슘, 황산바륨 및 실리카로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 분산체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 자극 응답성 경화 재료는, 활성 에너지선 경화성 단량체 또는 열경화성 수지인 분산체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 자극 응답성 경화 재료는, 알칼리 불용성인 분산체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 발광용 나노 결정의 상기 분산체 중의 함유율이 10∼70질량%의 범위에 있는 분산체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 발광용 나노 결정은, 제1 반도체 재료를 적어도 1종 또는 2종 이상 포함하는 코어와,
상기 코어를 피복하며, 또한 상기 코어와 동일 또는 다른 제2 반도체 재료를 포함하는 쉘을 갖는 분산체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 분산제가, 폴리에테르쇄, 폴리에스테르쇄, 폴리알킬렌이민쇄, 폴리올레핀쇄를 주골격으로 하며, 또한, 염기성 관능기를 수지 구조 중에 갖는 것인 분산체. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 발광용 나노 결정, 아민가가 8∼50㎎KOH/g의 범위에 있는 상기 고분자 분산제, 및 상기 활성 에너지선 경화성 단량체를 필수 성분으로 하는, 활성 에너지선 경화성을 나타내는 분산체. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 활성 에너지선 경화성 단량체가 광라디칼 중합성 화합물인 분산체. - 제12항에 있어서,
발광용 나노 결정, 아민가가 8∼50㎎KOH/g의 범위에 있는 염기성 고분자 분산제, 및 활성 에너지선 경화성 단량체에 더해, 우레탄(메타)아크릴레이트 수지, 폴리에스테르(메타)아크릴레이트 수지, 및 에폭시(메타)아크릴레이트 수지로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 활성 에너지선 경화형 수지를 함유하는 분산체. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 활성 에너지선 경화성 단량체가, 단관능(메타)아크릴레이트 및/또는 다관능(메타)아크릴레이트인 분산체. - 추가로, 중합개시제를 배합하여 이루어지는 제12항에 기재된 분산체.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 자극 응답성 경화 재료가 열경화성 수지이며, 상기 발광용 나노 결정과, 상기 광확산 입자와, 상기 고분자 분산제와, 상기 열경화성 수지를 함유하고, 상기 고분자 분산제의 아민가가 5㎎KOH/g 이상인 분산체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
비점이 180℃ 이상인 용제를 더 함유하는 분산체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 분산체로 구성되는 잉크 조성물.
- 제19항에 있어서,
잉크젯 방식으로 사용되는 잉크 조성물. - 제19항에 있어서,
컬러 필터용인 잉크 조성물. - 제20항에 기재된 잉크 조성물을 잉크젯 방식에 의해 기재(基材) 상에 인쇄, 경화시켜 이루어지는 광변환층.
- 복수의 화소부를 구비하는 광변환층으로서,
상기 복수의 화소부는, 제19항에 기재된 잉크 조성물의 경화물을 포함하는 화소부를 갖는 광변환층. - 제23항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 화소부간에 마련된 차광부를 더 구비하고,
상기 복수의 화소부는,
상기 경화물을 포함하며, 또한, 상기 발광용 나노 결정으로서, 420∼480㎚ 범위의 파장의 광을 흡수하고 605∼665㎚의 범위에 발광 피크 파장을 갖는 광을 발하는 발광용 나노 결정을 함유하는 제1 화소부와,
상기 경화물을 포함하며, 또한, 상기 발광용 나노 결정으로서, 420∼480㎚ 범위의 파장의 광을 흡수하고 500∼560㎚의 범위에 발광 피크 파장을 갖는 광을 발하는 발광용 나노 결정을 함유하는 제2 화소부를 갖는 광변환층. - 제24항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 화소부는, 420∼480㎚ 범위의 파장의 광에 대한 투과율이 30% 이상인 제3 화소부를 더 갖는 광변환층. - 제22항에 기재된 광변환층을 구비하는 컬러 필터.
- 제1 기판 및 제2 기판이 대향하여 마련되는 한 쌍의 기판과,
상기 제1 기판과 제2 기판 사이에 협지된 액정층과,
상기 제1 기판 또는 제2 기판의 적어도 한쪽에 마련된 화소 전극과,
상기 제1 기판 또는 제2 기판의 적어도 한쪽에 마련된 공통 전극과,
발광 소자를 구비한 광원부와,
상기 광원부로부터의 광을 적색, 녹색, 청색 중 어느 것으로 광변환 가능한 광변환층을 구비하고,
상기 액정층이 일반식(i)
(식 중, R1 및 R2은 각각 독립하여, 탄소 원자수 1∼8의 알킬기, 탄소 원자수 2∼8의 알케닐기, 탄소 원자수 1∼8의 알콕시기 또는 탄소 원자수 2∼8의 알케닐옥시기를 나타내고, A는 1,4-페닐렌기 또는 트랜스-1,4-시클로헥실렌기를 나타내고, n은 0 또는 1을 나타냄)으로 표시되는 화합물을 10∼50질량% 함유하는 액정 조성물을 함유하며, 또한,
상기 광변환층이 제19항에 기재된 잉크 조성물의 경화물로 구성되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자. - 제1 기판 및 제2 기판이 대향하여 마련되는 한 쌍의 기판과,
상기 제1 기판과 제2 기판 사이에 협지된 액정층과,
상기 제1 기판 또는 제2 기판의 적어도 한쪽에 마련된 화소 전극과,
상기 제1 기판 또는 제2 기판의 적어도 한쪽에 마련된 공통 전극과,
발광 소자를 구비한 광원부와,
상기 광원부로부터의 광을 적색, 녹색, 청색 중 어느 것으로 광변환 가능한 광변환층을 구비하고,
상기 액정층이 일반식(i)
(식 중, R1 및 R2은 각각 독립하여, 탄소 원자수 1∼8의 알킬기, 탄소 원자수 2∼8의 알케닐기, 탄소 원자수 1∼8의 알콕시기 또는 탄소 원자수 2∼8의 알케닐옥시기를 나타내고, A는 1,4-페닐렌기 또는 트랜스-1,4-시클로헥실렌기를 나타내고, n은 0 또는 1을 나타냄)으로 표시되는 화합물을 10∼50질량% 함유하는 액정 조성물을 함유하며, 또한,
상기 광변환층이 제19항에 기재된 잉크 조성물의 경화물로 구성되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자에 있어서,
상기 잉크 조성물의 경화물이, 상기 잉크 조성물을 잉크젯 방식에 의해 기재 상에 인쇄, 경화시켜 이루어지는 것인 액정 표시 소자. - 제27항에 있어서,
상기 광변환층이, 블랙 매트릭스를 갖고, 청색광을 흡수하고 적색광을 발광하는 제1 발광용 나노 결정 및 청색광을 흡수하고 녹색광을 발광하는 제2 발광용 나노 결정을 함유하는 것인 액정 표시 소자. - 제29항에 있어서,
상기 광원부로부터의 발광이 청색광이며, 또한, 광변환층에 있어서의 청색 화소를 형성하는 청색 화소 영역이 당해 청색광을 투과시키는 것인 표시 소자. - 제27항에 있어서,
상기 광변환층은, 상기 광원부측의 기판과 대향하는 기판측에 마련되어 있는 액정 표시 소자. - 제27항에 있어서,
상기 액정 조성물이, 상기 일반식(i)으로 표시되는 화합물에 더해, 일반식(N-1)
(식 중, RN11 및 RN12은 각각 독립하여, 탄소 원자수 1∼8의 알킬기를 나타내고, 당해 알킬기 중의 1개 또는 비인접한 2개 이상의 -CH2-는 각각 독립하여 -CH=CH-, -C≡C-, -O-, -CO-, -COO- 또는 -OCO-에 의해 치환되어 있어도 되고,
AN11 및 AN12은 각각 독립하여
(a) 1,4-시클로헥실렌기(이 기 중에 존재하는 1개의 -CH2- 또는 인접해 있지 않은 2개 이상의 -CH2-는 -O-로 치환되어도 됨) 및
(b) 1,4-페닐렌기(이 기 중에 존재하는 1개의 -CH= 또는 인접해 있지 않은 2개 이상의 -CH=는 -N=로 치환되어도 됨)
(c) 나프탈렌-2,6-디일기, 1,2,3,4-테트라히드로나프탈렌-2,6-디일기 또는 데카히드로나프탈렌-2,6-디일기(나프탈렌-2,6-디일기 또는 1,2,3,4-테트라히드로나프탈렌-2,6-디일기 중에 존재하는 1개의 -CH= 또는 인접해 있지 않은 2개 이상의 -CH=는 -N=로 치환되어도 됨)
(d) 1,4-시클로헥세닐렌기
로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 기를 나타내고, 상기의 기(a), 기(b), 기(c) 및 기(d)는 각각 독립하여 시아노기, 불소 원자 또는 염소 원자로 치환되어 있어도 되고,
ZN11 및 ZN12은 각각 독립하여, 단결합, -CH2CH2-, -(CH2)4-, -OCH2-, -CH2O-, -COO-, -OCO-, -OCF2-, -CF2O-, -CH=N-N=CH-, -CH=CH-, -CF=CF- 또는 -C≡C-를 나타내고,
nN11 및 nN12은 각각 독립하여, 0∼3의 정수를 나타내지만, nN11+nN12은 각각 독립하여 1, 2 또는 3이며, AN11∼AN12, ZN11∼ZN12이 복수 존재할 경우에는, 그들은 동일해도 달라도 됨)으로 표시되는 화합물을 20∼80질량% 함유하는 액정 표시 소자. - 제27항에 있어서,
상기 액정 조성물은, 상기 일반식(i)으로 표시되는 화합물에 더해, 일반식(J)
(식 중, RJ1은 탄소 원자수 1∼8의 알킬기를 나타내고, 당해 알킬기 중의 1개 또는 비인접한 2개 이상의 -CH2-는 각각 독립하여 -CH=CH-, -C≡C-, -O-, -CO-, -COO- 또는 -OCO-에 의해 치환되어 있어도 되고,
nJ1은, 0, 1, 2, 3 또는 4를 나타내고,
AJ1, AJ2 및 AJ3은 각각 독립하여,
(a) 1,4-시클로헥실렌기(이 기 중에 존재하는 1개의 -CH2- 또는 인접해 있지 않은 2개 이상의 -CH2-는 -O-로 치환되어도 됨)
(b) 1,4-페닐렌기(이 기 중에 존재하는 1개의 -CH= 또는 인접해 있지 않은 2개 이상의 -CH=는 -N=로 치환되어도 됨) 및
(c) 나프탈렌-2,6-디일기, 1,2,3,4-테트라히드로나프탈렌-2,6-디일기 또는 데카히드로나프탈렌-2,6-디일기(나프탈렌-2,6-디일기 또는 1,2,3,4-테트라히드로나프탈렌-2,6-디일기 중에 존재하는 1개의 -CH= 또는 인접해 있지 않은 2개 이상의 -CH=는 -N=로 치환되어도 됨)
로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 기를 나타내고, 상기의 기(a), 기(b) 및 기(c)는 각각 독립하여 시아노기, 불소 원자, 염소 원자, 메틸기, 트리플루오로메틸기 또는 트리플루오로메톡시기로 치환되어 있어도 되고,
ZJ1 및 ZJ2은 각각 독립하여 단결합, -CH2CH2-, -(CH2)4-, -OCH2-, -CH2O-, -OCF2-, -CF2O-, -COO-, -OCO- 또는 -C≡C-를 나타내고,
nJ1이 2, 3 또는 4이며 AJ2이 복수 존재할 경우에는, 그들은 동일해도 달라도 되고, nJ1이 2, 3 또는 4이며 ZJ1이 복수 존재할 경우에는, 그들은 동일해도 달라도 되고,
XJ1은, 수소 원자, 불소 원자, 염소 원자, 시아노기, 트리플루오로메틸기, 플루오로메톡시기, 디플루오로메톡시기, 트리플루오로메톡시기 또는 2,2,2-트리플루오로에틸기를 나타냄)으로 표시되는 화합물을 5∼60질량% 함유하는 액정 표시 소자.
